PLAY IS OVER!
Wow, I feel like so many loose ends were tied up recently. the last night of the play was tonight... me and my friends ad libbed a relatively serious scene and made it hysterical, so that was nice. I like making people laugh. Also, now that the manga is in the mail, i have free time, so I can work on my own manga, "one of the guys" and can draw more. its so nice to have that done.
it's hard for me to stick with one thing... i have so many ideas that i'd love to use. I've started a new idea book... ( i always carry a small notebook around, just in case i get sudden ideas for stories, situations, and characters.) thats fun.
Class started again last wednesday, we'll see how it works out. :)

back from the dead
hello, all! it seems that i still live. i stayed up until 5 last night (this morning?) to finish up a manga, and it is now officially in the mail, heading to the tokyopop eadquarters in LA. I am dog tired. and yet, i am going to "the blackERspot"'s house tonight to celebrate. WOO! much joy and anime. i'm most excited to actually draw something for myself again, to tell the truth. so my pencils and sketcbooks are coming along.
I'm in a play tonight and tomorrow... wish me luck... cause i'll have no energy!

The Pastor's Ass (not what it sounds like)
I found this on my friend's site... and i just had to share it. Very very funny.

THE PASTOR'S ASS

A pastor wanted to raise money for his church and, on being told there was a fortune in horse racing, decided to buy one and enter it in the races. However, at the local auction, the going price for a horse was so high that he ended up buying a donkey instead. He thought that since he had it he might as well go ahead and entered it in the race and, much to his surprise, the donkey came in third. The next day the local paper carried this headline:

PASTOR'S ASS SHOWS
The pastor was so pleased with the donkey that he entered it in the race again, and this time it won. The local paper read:

PASTOR'S ASS OUT FRONT
The Bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity that he ordered the pastor not to enter the donkey in another race. The next day, the local paper headline read:

BISHOP SCRATCHES PASTOR'S ASS
This was too much for the Bishop, so he ordered the pastor to get rid of the donkey. The pastor decided to give it to a nun in a nearby convent. The local paper, hearing of the news, posted the following headline the next day:

NUN HAS BEST ASS IN TOWN
The Bishop fainted. He informed the nun that she would have to get rid of the donkey, so she sold it to a farmer for ten dollars. The next day, the paper read:

NUN SELLS ASS FOR $10
This was too much for the Bishop, so he ordered the nun to buy back the donkey and lead it to the plains where it could run wild. Headlines read:

NUN ANNOUNCES HER ASS IS WILD AND FREE
The Bishop Died.

Sorry to Say...
Hey, y'all! i'm sorry to say that i will not be able to add many pages at all into my original manga "One of the Guys" until i finish a manga that I am doing with my group, MEK. Together with two of my friends, we have been working on "How do you Spell..." We've been working on it for awhile. it is a 20 page manga, so not too long. i decided that while you are waiting for "one of the guys" that I would entertain you all with "how do you spell" sorry about the confusion...

aside from manga... it flooded near my house today. heh. we had to take a lot of side roads and stuff so we could get where we needed to and not get stuck in knee deep water on the road. several people did. not cool. but driving through the puddles was awesome! i hid one so hard that one of my hubcaps flew off... it was loose before, but still...

Well, I gave it some thought, and I think i have an idea that may turn out to be a pretty cool manga. I'm working on the cover page now... its going to be titled "one of the guys." I'm not going to say any more, you'll just have to watch the fan manga for it all.

Its so irritating being sooo close to eighteen... but then you arent so of course you can't vote. goodness. I hope the voting went well... I wanted to participate... but alas. I want to know the results... the whole "who's going to help lead our country thing" is kindof important to me. i wish i had a say in it though. silly april birthday...

Well i havent been on in ages, but i would like to take a post to say that i love that we can submit our own manga now. i should get to work on one... hehe. fun stuff. i'm excited to see what kind of things people are going to upload...

   tones
So, today I bought some compu-tones for the manga that i do... and they're hard to use, but i think that they will be unbelievably useful! I'm so excited to see what I can do with them!
My butt hurts so bad... I've been doing "the firm" tape in the mornings... and ow! every muscle in your body hurts... especially your butt. hehehe.
anyways. hooray for manga.
