the American Red Cross
I donated blood today! not only that, I didnt' eat before I did so, (big mistake) and nearly passed out twice. so, if you donate blood, eat a good meal before you do or you will regret it. got a bunch of ice packs though.

so when I came home I sat in an easy chair and got my little brother to make me a PB&J sandwich. he grumbled, I didn't care. then when my mom and dad went out I took up resedence on the couch and watched Dukes of Hazzard. I like that show. it's over now so here I am, telling you about my day. so, how was yours?
