How about a fourth of july gift?
I'd pretty much forgotten about this site until earlier today when I was rooting through my old emails and found some from here.. Would anybody like to hear some good news then?
I've not only been accepted to the college of my choice, but I received a full tuition scholarship for art. My twin brother and I are going to the same college too (he's exactly a floor below me in the same dorm too.) My boyfriend and I have been dating for.. about a year and 4 months now and the computer he built me has long since been returned to him since I now have my own laptop for college (a pretty sweet one too). Right now brother and boyfriend are duking it out on N64 Super Smash Bros. after we lit fireworks in the culdesac in front of my house. I work at a certain chicken-obsessed franchise near to my house--
>.< Oh I just want the weather to be cold so that I can wear all the stuff I've knitted. Right now I'm working on my first pair of socks though there's still a blanket waiting to be done for my dorm room .. Enjoy the update ^_^

I have a new computer...
that my boyfriend built for me to use until I can get a laptop for college (in about a year). I'm not actually on it right now, since I need to import my favorites from the old computer I used (now almost completely brother's) to the new one. ^_^ Is so frickin 1337. Two of the best features: I can have my own wallpaper (currently a pink flowery Sakura thingy) and the stepmania theme is all anime; its fantastic. ^_^ I need to check on the progress now... del.icio.us is whats doing the favorites thing by the way. Pretty cool, neh?

I'm now at a beach... its so late right now its almost tomorrow.. and a few hours ago there was an astounding lightningstorm. Pretty much every two seconds there was a sky-illuminating lihgtning flash. Pretty frightening if you were brae enough to momentarily step out from under the covered section of the porch to the uncovered section... quite frightening. Its all over now though. At least we got a full beach day in (despite the extreme heat u_u;; so much...nearly overwhelming). But for now I run along quickly to find an ecard (from here! Alot of good ones, I'll say) then to check my email..so..... buhbye! <3
