   *deep sigh*
I hate yin and yang... Well, I should've known that with the good, comes the bad. And it just had to come today... ~_~ My day wasn't THAT awful, but it could've been just a tiny bit better. I'm tired from doing laundry just two hours ago, I couldn't sleep last night because our neighbor was screaming (Grr! She was just talking on the phone too! My goodness, it was 1 am that time!! >_< ), and I had a bad dream (I hate it when my dreams have to do with someone trying to kill me. -_-)!

So, yeah. I'm just feeling so out of it today. Good thing I finished my rounds, though. That's one more thing done. ^_^ Well, I guess that's it. I don't have anything to talk about today, anyway.

   *woke up surprisingly happy*
Yep. I had a really cool dream last night. ^_^ And when I woke up, I can still remember all of it! *lol* Hehe. And what's weird is that this particular dream had something to do with the first day of school...! O_o I'd tell you guys about it, for lack of better things to talk about, but I'm afraid this post will get too long. ^_^;; I forgot some parts already, anyway, and I think it's a little too personal.

So, with that said, I guess there's nothing left to talk about. As usual, I didn't do much. Even last night was a drag, except for dinner, that is. My sister, cousin, and I were just laughing so much! ^_^ Ah... good times, good times. Hehe.

   *hungry*
I didn't eat breakfast or lunch today. ~_~;; Maybe I can find something in the fridge... ^^

Anyway, there's nothing to talk about, really. It's still the same, old stuff with me. I woke up 3 times today, though. First when my mom was waking up my sister, they were a little loud. Next was when I was having a dream about FMA, there was a question that someone was going to answer about it, then I suddenly woke up thinking it was 1 pm already, only to find out it was just 11 am. I went back to bed and slept, trying to remember where the dream left off (no luck), then finally woke up around 12:43 pm, I think. ^_^;;

What else? Oh, and looks like I really need to get caught up with Naruto. Shanny-san and Mimmi-san mentioned I'm in store for quite a lot more in the series. ^_^ Hehe. You guys sounded scary when I read those comments. *lol*

Hm, and last night, I finally got around to watching some FMA episodes I thought I lost. ^^ After sticking to the manga for a while, I just realized how much the way they told the story changed. I was so confused when I was watching it. ^_^;; [rant]Roy killed Winry's parents!!! O___O[/rant] Was that considered a rant? Heh, I don't know. :P

Okay, well, I'll end it here. ^_^ Looks like there were a few things to talk about after all. Hehe. *thinks* Oh, wait! I almost forgot about this!

   *hmmm*
Hehe, I couldn't think of a subject. ^_^;;

Anyway, thanks for all the well wishes again. I really appreciate it. *hugs everyone* I'm still having sneezing fits, but that's the worst things can get, I hope. ^^ So, yay! Um, nothing much went on today. Just the usual. I woke up a little late, though, because I stayed up until 4 am watching Naruto. ^_^ Oops. I didn't realize it was that late already until I finished my batch. Hehe.

But it was so awesome! Naruto and Shikamaru were amazing! Oh, and I love Kakashi and Sasuke's entrance during his match at the Chuunin Exam. I felt mad at first (because, my goodness, those two were gone for 20 episodes!!! [give or take *lol* ^^]), but got really excited when the match started. And Gaara is now beyond the scary limit I set for him. ~_~ So now, Konoha is under attack, and I'm stuck at a cliffhanger episode. Must get more Naruto!!

   *still sick but much better*
Thanks for all the well wishes, you guys! *hugs really tightly* It helped a lot. ^_^ I'm still a little congested, but definitely feeling better than before. Thanks again!

Hm, I guess there really isn't much to say today. You know how it is, it's just the usual things everyday, at least, until school starts. ^^;; So, I'll just give a quick recap of the weekend. Which reminds me, I'm sorry I couldn't come by... again! That's the fifth time I didn't do my rounds during the weekend. ~_~ Gomen... *sigh* And I apologize for today too. I couldn't log on because myO had some problems, I think, or they fixed something, I don't know, but I have heard that quite a few couldn't come by either. Still, sorry about that. ^_^;;

Friday night:
• Got to see Vandread again! (w00t! I miss watching it! ^_^ I caught the last 2 episodes of the sequel! Awesomeness!)
• And I got to watch .hack//Legend of the Twilight too. ^_^ (First time I've seen it.)

Saturday:
• Dad's friend's family came to our place from San Francisco to spend the weekend, I think.
• First thing we did when they arrived was go downtown because dad's friend needed to buy baskets. We ended up walking / looking around, for 20 - 30 minutes, just for that. I don't think he bought it, though. Waste of time.
• I planned on buying some manga, but that went down the drain.
• Went to Hollywood soon after. Saw a guy dressed up as Legolas. Got excited and thought it was going to be cool. ^_^ But, turns out, only his costume was cool. *lol*
• Saw people participating in an art contest of sorts. The artists' drew on the floor of an open space in the center of the mall there. Found it really nifty since they were using chalk. ^^ Should've taken a picture! >_<
• Went home to rest.
• Went out again for my uncle's birthday. We ate at a Chinese restaurant.
• Got back home around 10 pm.
• Caught Inuyasha and Wolf's Rain, too. Yay! But I did get lost with both shows because I missed last week's episodes and all. ^_^;;
• Found a solution to that. I went online and read the summaries. I understand it now. Hehe. ^.^

Sunday:
• Woke up really early for church.
• Went to Knott's Berry Farm Theme Park afterwards.
• Ate BBQ first.
• I rode 3 huge rollercoasters, two with loops. (Dad almost lost his glasses on the last one we rode. ^_^;; Good thing he found it.)
• I also rode this white water rapid thing (I got soaked there! Good thing I was wearing quick-drying pants. *lol*), Supreme Scream (It goes really high up and then falls down really fast too. Got scared. ^^;;), played laser tag for the first time (awesomeness!), and we spent who knows how much on so many arcade games! ^.^
• Lots of walking involved here. My feet were practically dead during our last 2 hours.
• Got home around 10 pm as well.

   *sick*
*deep breath* Well, looks like it finally came. I knew I was going to get this stupid cold sooner or later. ^_^;; My throat was hurting when we came back from Vegas, and then I was pretty much congested the rest of the week, so yeah, this was inevitable. *sigh* I just hope it'll go away soon. We have plans on the weekend. ^_^

Anyway, there's still nothing much going on here. But, because of this cold, I woke up around 6:30 am!! =.= I slept around 3:30 am. *sigh* I don't know why, though. I mean, my nose was all stuffy for most of the week, and I didn't wake up at such an early time. It probably got worse today. But at least it's clearing up thanks to some medicine. ^_^

Hm, oh, and I think I got hyper off of water again. *lol* It's just that after breakfast (whoa, I actually ate breakfast! Hehe! ^.^), my mom told me and my cousin to clean up the house, and I willingly said yes! My cousin offered to do the laundry too! Weird things happening today... Now, I had the perfect excuse to not do chores, ne? Being sick and all. But no, I actually agreed! ^_^ I just thought it was pretty interesting. *giggle* We actually just finished cleaning two hours ago, and now we're doing laundry. That should be easy enough. ^^ I was being a bit noisy too! *lol* So early in the morning... heh.

No news on the anime front. I'm still waiting for Naruto to finish. Finish downloading already! And um, I think that's it. ^_^;; Hehe. Enough rambly-ness for now. Well, take care you guys! Have a wonderful weekend! *hugs everyone tightly* Here's the pic!

Yep. ^_^ Today was supposed to be the day I go back to school, but because of going to a different one at the last minute, it's not! Yay! Hehe.

Anyway, let's see... as usual, nothing interesting happened on my side of the world. Did pretty much what I normally do everyday, and that's about it. When I woke up, though, it was awfully quiet. ^_^;; My sister and little cousin went back to school today. Don't get me wrong, I loved that the shouting was gone, but it felt really different. ^^ I'm going to have to adjust to that too. Everytime I wake up, the only people in the house are me and my other cousin! ^.^

What else, oh, last night, or technically this morning, I was talking to a few of my friends back in the Philippines. Ah! I miss them so much! *huggles friends* I had a lot of fun talking to them. ^_^ It's been a while.

Hm, and since today was when my sister went back to school, I asked her who her teachers were this year, and found out that she had two of my teachers last year. The really mean ones! *lol* Seriously, though, they're tough. ^_^;; But I'm sure she can handle it. I get the feeling I'm going to have to help her out with school this year, too... *sigh* Oh well... ^_^

   *relieved*
Oh, I can’t believe I got out of it. So it turns out that I’m not going to school tomorrow. It’s going to be a little later now. (I don’t want to mention when since I might jinx it or something. ^_^;;) *deep breath* It’s such a big relief. I was really nervous last night, thus resulting in me not being able to sleep again. =_= But I’m just so glad. The thought that I was going back to school on the 26th never got to me until yesterday. And that means I panicked, got nervous, stayed clam, and tried to prepare myself during most of the day. All this was done in my head, which wasn’t a very good thing, considering that’s a lot to think about. *lol*

*takes deep breath again* Anyway, nothing much went on today. Except I did wake up in a good mood, most likely because I overheard my cousin saying when and where we’ll be going to school (they changed it again), and I stayed in bed a little longer for all of that to sink in. I got up, afterwards, feeling better. ^_^

Oh, and last night, we went shopping, but only for clothes (that’s was why I was nervous too, we didn’t have supplies yet ^_^;;), and I got some pretty nifty stuff. So yay for that! ^.^ Then we headed to the airport to pick up a package delivered by someone. We waited and waited for the guy who had it for hours. And then we find out he didn’t wait for us, and decided to go home. Dad got seriously mad at that, Mom was annoyed, and my cousin and I just got hyper. Don’t know why, though. ^^ When we left the airport to go to the guy’s house, she and I were guessing what the next song the radio station we were listening to will play, and she kept saying hilarious stuff, so it was hard not to laugh. I love times like that with her. We got home at around 11 pm because of the whole mess. (We were at the airport around 8 pm.) Tired, I be.

Um, yeah, I almost forgot about this. Patita-chan, I’ll miss you a lot. Take really good care of yourself, okay? And I hope to hear from you again soon. *hugs tightly* And Shanny-san, I’m sorry if I sounded incredibly selfish and stupid on my comment.    *in a hurry*
This will be the last day of the long posts. ^_^ Hehe. Um, not much to talk about concerning today's events, so I'll just head right on to the trip. Also, I'm hurrying because my mom's taking me back-to-school shopping in a little bit. Now, on to the story! *lol* ^_^;;

Sunday: Couldn’t sleep last night, as usual, but this time it was scary. I couldn’t even stay in bed. I was thinking a lot, about school, missing Inuyasha and Wolf’s Rain (yeah… ^_^;;), and other things I forgot already. I paced around the room to pass the time, watched the Olympics, and then finally got to bed at around 12 am. =_=

Mom woke me up at 9:30, she said to get ready because we were going out again. A bit earlier, though, they (mom and dad) went down to the casino. ^_^ (They told me they lost $150 on the slot machines. >_> Um… yeah.) Anyway, while they were playing, my sister, cousin, and I got ready to meet them for brunch. We went to a buffet for that, and then went back to the room to get our stuff because we had to check out at 12.

Once we were out, we parked the car at the Treasure Island hotel parking, and then went inside the hotel to check it out. It was pretty cool. We rode a tram that took us to The Mirage, another hotel near it, soon after. The Mirage was beautiful. ^_^ They even had a place there where you can see the white tigers. But they weren’t there at the time. We bought souveniers instead. ^_^;; My mom bought us three colorful stuffed toy monkeys. It’s adorable! =^^= I’ll get a pic of it if I can.

When we were done there, we walked all the way to the other side to another hotel. The Venetian is done in a Venice, hence the name, theme. They even had gondolas inside and out of the hotel. ^_^ Lots of neat stuff there, but the one thing I won’t forget was the freakishly realistic-looking manequin of Luciano Pavarotti. I actually thought it was real and that it was just some guy dressed up as him! ^_^ *lol* Oh, and outside of the hotel was a wax museum, but we didn’t have enough time to go there because we had to leave already.

After all of that, we headed for the road again. Slept during most of the 2-hour drive to the rest stop. When we got there, my mom wanted to go shopping so we all agreed to go with her. We needed some back-to-school (ugh) stuff anyway. That was sort of a waste of time, though, since we didn’t buy anything but a teddy bear for my cousin. Ate dinner there, too, because my aunt wasn’t going to cook for us when we came back. ^_^;; And, um, we got home around 10 pm.

All in all, this was a great trip. It may have been short, and it may have had its downs, but I still enjoyed my time. A fitting end of the summer, I suppose. ^^ Okay, well, take care!    *awww*
Thanks for all the birthday wishes for my mom! ^_^

Since nothing much went on today, I'll just talk about my trip last weekend. ^_^ (Side rant: School's starting on Thursday and I still can't sleep earlier!!! >.< )

Friday night: Packed everything for tomorrow. Couldn’t sleep. =_=
Saturday: Since I couldn’t sleep last night, I ended up staying awake until it was time for everyone to get ready to leave, that was around 3 am. It took us 2 hours to get everything together, and left around 5. (It was my mom’s birthday already, I almost forgot to greet her, and she got mad because she caught me and my sister still awake. ^_^;; Oops.) So, once we got in the car, I tried to catch some sleep, but couldn’t since I purposely went on a sugar high because my mom said once we got to Vegas and checked in to the hotel, we’ll go touring already. But I did get a 30 minute nap. Hehe. It was okay, though, I got to see the sun rise. ^_^ Took a picture of that, stayed awake for an hour and half more, and then we drove to a rest stop soon after. We ate breakfast there, looked around for a bit, and then went back on the road.

Another 2 hours later, I awoke to find that we had stopped because the car broke down. ~_~ This was the not-so-fun part. Besides the already bad news of the car breaking down, mom and dad were getting angry, and it was 93 degrees at the time. Good thing it was a little windy, but then again, the wind was hot. -_-;; They called the towing company and a rent-a-car place, for obvious reasons. The parents had to debate on renting a car, though. Mom opted for a taxi, dad said stick with renting a car. Dad won. So while he went with the towing guy to a car-fixing place (forgot what it was called), we had to wait for him at the nearby Jack in the Box. (Another good thing here. At least we didn’t have to wait in the burning hot sun. ^_^) An hour or so later, dad came back with a rented car, and off we went to Las Vegas.

Now that we had finally reached Vegas, we checked in to the hotel, put our stuff in the room, rested a little bit, and then went touring. Oh, but before we actually did the touring, we found out the car was fixed already, so we went to the rent-a-car place first, exchanged vehicles, and THEN went touring. There we go. ^_^

Let’s see, we parked the car at a hotel, not the one we were staying at, and walked around The Strip. Saw a lot of cool themed hotels (i.e., Paris theme, Egypt theme, Ceaser’s Palace, etc.), their main attractions and such (there was a show in Ceaser’s Palace with moving and talking statues, telling the story of how Atlantis was destroyed. It was awesome! ^__^), arcades, roller coasters (although we didn’t get to ride on any), billboards (there are so many of those in Vegas!), other rides (didn’t get to go there either), slot machines (duh), and other things that I can’t really remember right now. ^_^ Lots of walking involved, so my feet were killing me, even though I was wearing sneakers, and the lack of sleep kind of took most of the fun away. (I felt guilty for that. It was my mom’s birthday after all, and we didn’t even show her that we were having fun.) And it was so hot too! Stupid desert weather. ~_~

Anyway, we stopped at around 8:30 pm, ate at Arby’s, because my mom thought that they had ribs, and she wanted those. (Applebee’s had the ribs, she got confused with the commercials. *lol* ^_^;;) And then went back to the hotel.

One thing I didn’t like about this day was that I couldn’t watch Inuyasha or Wolf’s Rain. For some reason, our room didn’t have cable ( >_< ), thus no Cartoon Network. Grr… And on top of that, I could’ve just as easily asked my aunt to record it, but she said she couldn’t find the blank tape. ~_~ Meh. Even with all the reassurance that I’ll be able to watch it, deep down, I really knew it wouldn’t happen. *sigh* Hopefully I didn’t miss out on much. Or did I? (Um, little favor, if I may and if you want to, can someone tell me what happened? Just the main bit of Inuyasha and Wolf’s Rain, so I won’t get lost next week. Thanks in advance either way. ^_^)

Wow, so this got really, really long. ^^;; Sorry. (Long story short, I had fun, even with all the downsides.) I’ll end it now.
