OOOOOOOOWW!
OOOOOW!
Well, this summer, I hurt my knee really bad. I stood up and when I turned, I heard it pop twice and it came out from under me, and it was swolen and I could not walk on it and had to get therapy. Well, a few weeks, it popped again, but it was not bad. It was just a little weak. WELL TODAY, one of my friends was going to put their foot on my skirt to leave a foot print, and I grabbed my skirt and jumped..... and landed on my bad knee. I heard it pop (it was sort of that sickening, stomach turning, rippling pop) and down I went. It was not nearly as bad as the first time, BUT IT HURT! I'm limping today. -.-'
Do any of you have repetitive, recurring injuries?
