Shamballa Conquered
As you would assume i have the movie and have seen it. It was just as good as the hype, i like how they tied it to pre-WWII germany and the nazis which was interesting.

Everyone had thier counterpart on either world, there was an older version of Al and a gypsy Rose.
Fuhrer Bradly was represented by Fritz Lang (who was a real life german film director, famous for Metropolis and the film Noir genre itself)
It was also good to see Hughes back again, but he was a Nazi and that seemed sooooo wrong.

And for all of you freakin, this was spoiler free...no plot was revealed in my rambleings just simple background info that i found intrigueing.

First game, homework and anti-social fun
So far its been pretty kewl here, the classes are tolerable and the cafeteria food is...edible.

I've explored the campus a bit more as well, found a dank pool hall/bowling alley under the campus bookstore. Been to Tolliver hall, its like a food court and meeting area and prolly more cuz i haven't checked the basement like area (i heard theirs a post office down there).

Tonight is the first football home game, i was never really into the whole school sports thing but here its like super serious and i wouldn't mind attending. But it seems as though i'd be goin by myself cuz the girl i been hangin around is outta town til later tonight and my roommate is in the band so he's already there practicing.
The only reason i would go would be to hang out with people i know.

As it is i'd much rather sit in my room cuz i got a rough draft i need to type up and math that needs to be done by monday.
and yeah...there's good tv on tonight too (that just makes me feel like a bit of a loser).

so be social, but alone and bored outta my mind (i'm only payin attention to the cheerleaders anyways)

"First week"
Well today completes the first 7 days i have been here, and its all workin out fairly well. Been livein in the dorm since sunday, Finaly saw signs of a roommate thursday night when he started moving some stuff in but haven't seen him since. He seemed pretty kewl but it may get awkward when it comes up that i don't remember his name (it was only said once so i no remember)

I've eaten in the cafeteria a few times, its not bad and has a good selection but its open weird times and i don't like workin my schedule around food times.

I don't know many people yet but i have been hangin around with a cute senior girl i met at some casino themed gathering of students.

so thats all good...
