What in the world's going on with the site?! It's like they posted my wallpaper, and at the same time- they didn't.... I don't know what's wrong, nothing went wrong when I posted my first 3 pics. I guess I'm jinxed or something.....

I actually got to see some REAL fireworks- since we didn't go anywhere- from our backyard.... it was cool, reminded me of Ft. Campbell.... it's sad when I can have flashbacks of years gone by. *shakes head sadly*
Anyway, it is so funny, I've only had my site for less than a week and I've got a list of friends. :)
I'd like to say that it was me that attracted them, but that would probably be a lie, lol. I'm glad that they are my friends though, and I hope to have more. Didn't someone, somewhere, say "no matter how many friends you have, there is still room for one more"? If not, there's my line. :)
I do NOT like this result!!! I HATE spiders!!! But the odd part is, I think Spiderman is cool. Not the movie Spiderman mind you, he's kind of a wimp. The cartoon Spiderman, or the comic version is cool.

 tired.....
Sooooo tired.... I need to sleep more....

Later today-
I went bowling with dad and my little sister and brother. It was a church group activity. It was fun, even though I didn't do very well.... *sigh* Of course I haven't bowled in a little over a year so maybe that would account for it....

 So busy.....
Made muffins for breakfast.... it's become almost a tradition that I make chocolate chip and some other type of muffin for Sunday breakfast. Not from scratch though, I use the muffin mixes- but you have to be decent at cooking to keep them from getting overly browned. :)
The pastor at the church I go to *Baptist church* preached about Lot's wife and her actions today.... he said it was just an introduction to the sermons that will follow.... a very lengthy intro.... lol.
Anyway, after we got home Mom and I cooked wings. She grilled her half and I fried mine. They turned out well.... I'm probably going to work on a background today, maybe I'll submit it if it turns out well.
Well, on a different note- still waiting for my Rurouni Kenshin books to arrive, I'm so happy that this series is one of the ones that they "unflopped", but mail is so slow nowadays...X(
I think I'm going to buy the "Fireflies' Wish" movie in the meantime. Maybe I'll enjoy it more if I don't read the books first, I'm one of those people that believe the series ought to follow the books.

Happy!!
After haunting this site for ages I finally become a member!!! Sooo happy!
I can't wait for the Fourth of July, I'm going to be so busy. Frying chicken wings, making cupcakes and brownies, maybe I'll even make a new background for my computer for it. .....maybe, I'll have to see if I have time....
