My name is Lexie. I sort of dislike my last name. I live in Washington, Missouri. I'm Sixteen, going on Seventeen years old. My birthday is December 20th. I'm currently single, and I plan on staying that way for more than just one reason. The colour blue is definitely my favourite, along with Purple. I do have a cellular device, but I won't give out my number to just anyone. I usually do not wear make up. I try not to photoshop my pictures. I do on occasion, though. I believe in God. I'm a Christian. I'm very interested in Photography, and Graphic Design.
I have a very wide range of music that I enjoy. That being said, I'll name the genres I take interest in. Many are surprised, and somewhat confused. I enjoy Rock, Alternative, Metal, Heavy Metal, Hardcore, Post Hardcore, Industrial, Gothic Rock, Hard Style, Acoustic, Indie, Techno, Punk, SKA, Japanese Rock, Japanese Metal, Japanese Pop, Estonian Pop, German Rock, German Metal, Korean Pop, and Chinese Pop. (No, I do NOT like American Pop music. It just bothers me. Why? I do not know.)
I'm constantly looking for new and different types/styles of music and bands. Feel free to send me a few of your favorites (even Local bands!). I usually try and give most music a shot. I refuse to listen to Hip-Hop, Pop, R&B, and Blues music. It just.. annoys me. A lot.
That all being said, I suppose I'll let you in on a my top 20 bands. Not necessarily in order - just the bands/singers/artists I listen to most often. Anberlin, Avenged Sevenfold, G-Dragon, Metallica, Machine Head, JD Relic, Big Bang, NeverShoutNever, Dir En Grey, BoA, Kerli, Super Junior, Tenacious D, Three Days Grace, The Used, AFI, Seether, Maximum The Hormone, Rise Against, and The Birthday Massacre are just a simple few I could remember off the top of my head.
Moving on, I'm also very into makeup. Sure, I may not wear it a lot but I'm constantly thinking of different ideas and trying to come up with designs that haven't been thought of yet. It's nearly impossible, but I still try. It's just so amazing - what you can do with makeup. You can set the mood of a shot by simply enhancing just a few things when taking photography. Make your eyes stand out, or bring out the natural beautiful colour of the skin. Just little things like that can do wonders for pictures. Just my thoughts, however.
I'm a huge fan of Japanese style fashion. Visual Kei is probably my favorite though. Sort of a common answer, I think, but it doesn't matter. I like what I like. To each their own, correct? I'll always put my own little twist on anything I do, including how I dress. I could care less if it matches. As long as I like it, and feel comfortable; why bother trying to impress others? I say the crazier, the better
