Black Snow part one
Lapis: Threw a large brass gate entrance, half mile threw an avenue of oak trees is a house not many know is there. That is my home that I have lived in since I was young with my mother and my grandparents… but there all gone now. I am the only one left in this place. There is only one other, my brother whom I have never met or heard even lived till the will was read. Huh?! * she look out the bay window she was sitting in as she thought to herself* It’s raining.. is the sky sad to? To some the rain is sad but not to me, I enjoy it, the sounds the thunder makes, and the raindrops as they fall on the house all calm me in away.
Hikaru: Miss how are you feeling.
Lapis: Hikaru don’t call me that, how long have you known me.*small smile*
Hikaru: well enough to know when you lie or in pain
Lapis: what no I’m fine*tear form in her eyes*
Hikaru: *he moves to her side* It’s all right to be sad.
Lapis:*she falls in to his arms* why did she have to die, I don’t understand why the counsel had to kill her it makes no since, what crime did she commit against them.
Hikaru:* he stroked her head softly* I know as much as you do Lapis, and I know how you feel…
Lapis: *she looked up at him* what do you mean
Hikaru:* he brushed her tears out of her eyes* The counsel has done this to many with out giving a reason, but it's there job to keep the balance between us. My family upset that balance and for that they paid with it by giving their lives, I live only because I was to young to have taken part in what they did.
Lapis: what did they do, what can be so bad that they have to kill them?!
Hikaru: I wish I knew, at least maybe then I have a better understanding of why.
*a man walk in to the room:
man: Tazuna Lapis the counsel wishes to met with you
Hikaru: Can I go with her?
Man: Miss Tazuna only
Lapis: I’ll be fine, wait for me?
Hikaru: * bow* yes miss
* she and the man left the room*
