Another evening. Here's a snippet of a story. (HellBoy fanfic, 'cause I just watched the live action movie, which is awesome.)

"Duval-sama~~! Stranger at the gate!" called the gate keeper up the hill.
"I'll tell him!" came the reply from one of the people on weeding duty, who immediately hurried up the path to the rambling house on top of the hill.
The stranger at the gate was HellBoy. His arrival had caused the gatekeeper's eyebrows to almost levitate off his forehead.

Wow. The mouse on this compy really stinks.

With that out of the way, happy weekend. I wanted to get a DS Lite today, but the store was sold out. Oh well... I did get new boots. They're almost like my old ones (now residing in the trash) but brown and with shorter tops. And the zipper is on the side. But yeah...
Because I didn't get a DSLite, I got Avatar: Book 2 box set. Yay for Avatar! And they still haven't shown the new eppies (anything after Day of Black Sun) at all in the US. Canada has had like three, but not us. Geez, Nick! I only watch you for Avatar, and now you're not showing it? You'll kill your ratings! ...Rant over.

Update on my life.

So Winterim (short for winter interim) is over, and classes have begun. I've got some good ones, including fiction workshop and programming in Java. The schedule is a bit wonky, but nothing I can't handle. I have a class that gets over a half hour before anime club... in the same room as anime club. I can't get over how awesome that is!
More anime club news! Brian is back, the pervert who transfered last semester has now transfered back to PSU. He's amusing all the same, though I can't take some of his jokes. He quotes from 4chan All The Time. It's a little mind bending...
I've stopped sensing my wings... *big frown* It's a bit upsetting... I like them there, even when they ich.
I got burned on a hot pan a few days ago... (or have I told you this?) and the mark is still there. I'm wondering when it'll become a scab that I can pick off. I live picking scabs off...
Other than that, things I need right now are a pair of new boots, a new wallet, and a new DS.

Oy: it's not a word, it's a vocabulary.

I say that because "oy" is my new term of annoyance and almost everything else... Oy.

I've gotten back into DNAngel... It's moderately slashable. Not a slashable as Get Backers. But Satoshi and Daisuke are so perfect together! Even though Daisuke likes Riku Harada... Oh well. Love shifts, that's the way of it... But I think it's pretty obvious Satoshi really likes Daisuke... It's so cute! I'm reading a fanfiction about the two of them right now...

I burned myself today. On a hot cookie sheet that I was making my lunch on... There a mark, but it doesn't hurt. That could be because of my high pain tolerance...
