Xero is actually the most feared person among the gangs that live on the streets of Sengre; even more than Kita. He has not only been in Sengre longer, but almost everyone has heard about the 'Dragon' that prowls the streets of the city.
It's hard to believe that Xero has such a reputation when you first meet him. He's funny, energetic, has the intention span of a 5 year-old, and often acts childish for his age. So, how did he receive such a bad reputation?
Well, that's because Xero has a little secret. He's actually two separate people, in one body. One is the fun-loving Xero most see, and the other is the blood lusting demon that few live to tell about. The legendary Blue Dragon...
