Time Flies...
I used to browse people's MyOtaku sites, see they were born in 1990 and think, "wow, 13 years old"

Now, when I see 1990, I still automatically think "13 years old" and have to remind myself that 1990 folks are 17 now(!)

Prize Suggestions
This is purely, 100% no-BS, absolutely-positively hypothetical. If we hosted a contest with $500-$1,000 in prizes, what prizes would get you excited?

You can break it down to 1st place gets this, 2nd gets that, or you can have 1st place get everything. The prizes would have to be available now to buy (e.g. Wii's which are unavailable are off limits).

I read 500 pages of Harry Potter book #6 last night, so that I could start the book #7 running tonight. Previously I saw the first five movies and ignored the books...

So I have an internal infection of some sort...had an unpleasant and somewhat embarrassing doctor visit today and will be on medication for 3 weeks.

Question: As you're browsing theOtaku, do you ever notice that some pages only load the ad banner and don't load anything else? I think there's an iTunes ad running somewhere that's causing issues

Free Games By Adam
There was a period of time where I became obsessed with creating Flash games. I learned how to design sprites, how to program in Flash, etc.

Sadly, other obligations swept over me and I never got to make the epic game in my head. Here are a few of the games I made as I was learning:

Save The Cat

Save The Cat, Avoid The Evil Wizard - the second part of this game is very very very hard

RPG Beginning - Fun secret, when you're in the falling rocks level, hit the spacebar

Angry Invaders - Use the Spacebar to shoot
