I more day of summer school...

Monday is the last day of summer school!!! Yes!!! Auwriiite!!!(my favorite word) BUT...Now I start drivers ed!!! I have NO SUMMER!!! PITY ME!!! please...anyway...It's only once a week so it's not so bad. I'm gonna get my license before school starts!!!Auwrite! I found an old drawing! It's in REGULAR color pencil so I want to redo it in photoshop. I also found out how to make something look like chrome! I will test it out on his sword! Wanna know how?
OK!
1)make the background layer black
2)make a new layer and make a gray rectangle
3)make the foreground color R:164 G:175 B:184 and the background color R:226 G:227 B:226.
4)use the linear gradient tool
5)start from the top of the rectangle to the middle
6)change the foreground color to R:78 G:73 B:67 (leave the background color alone)
7)use linear gradient tool again, but using foreground to transparent from the middle and just pull it down a little.
8)make new layer in between the other layer and the background layer.
7)change the foreground color to R:224 G:221 B:87
8)switch the gradient to forground to background and from the middle to the bottom of the rectangle.
I you want, you can link and merge the two layers so you can move it, change the size, rotate, skew. That's all for now. This might be helpful if you have adobe photoshop. I've seen some people use the gradient tool in their fan art. I just tried this yesterday and kinda did it.
