once again me and my friend rulerofpenguins got bored in geometry and biloigy so we wrote this! we hate being freshmen! anyways enjoy!
1400 Central Headquarters

Roy- is the pipsqueak supposed to give me some reports today, lieutent?
Riza- yes sir!
Roy- he’s 2 hours late!
[the door flys open and ed is propping himself up on the doorframe]
Ed- *giggles and hiccups*
Havoc- chief? You aren’t drunk are u?
Ed- I swear I ain’t officer drunk! I got license! Here beer hold! I it find!
Riza- oh god! He’s drunk! Where’s Alphonse? He needs to explain this!
[the closet door begins to shake! Al with a penguin dressed in a toga falls out]
Penguin- *waddles away*
Al- kitty! No! Come back!*al chases after the penguin and runs into the wall and falls*
Riza- colonel, what should we do with……….OMG! Colonel! Havoc!*her eye twitches as she watches the two having a drinking contest*
