Since Havoc can't get a girl, the next possible thing is a guy. This has to be my favorite pairing. The personalities go together, Fury is sweet and semi-stable, Havoc is loyal and awkward.
Personally, Winry is just annoying, sure, she has her moments, but she belongs with Al. So Havoc is good for Ed, if Roy doesn't get to him first.
My guess is that Roy is always stealing Havoc's girlfriends because he doesn't wan't anyone to find him. They go well together.
Ed and Roy, need I say more. The second best paring of the FMA world. The personalities work so well.
Al can be with Winry, I don't mean to stick him on her, but Al needs someone. Scar could work with Al, sure, but spoilers kind of ruin that chance... Winry needs stability to keep her from going orgasmic over metal, I know she's lonely, but sheesh, girl needs to get a life.
