He's in Heaven
I've been watching the news all weekend to see how the Pope John Paul II was doing, I was so sad to find out that he was dieing in any minute. Because I never thought that that day would come. Then at 2:30 p.m. on April 2nd (7:30 in Vatican City), the church bells rang, telling the world that head priest of the Catholic religion passed on. I was so upset I didn't know what to think. For he was just such a good man.
I've been watching the news all weekend to find out what is happening in Rome, and so far I know that the mourning will be for a little over a week (Started yesterday). I just hope that this wonderful man did not die in pain. For he was a man that went to 117 countries and spoke over 60 languages, to try and spread freedom all over the world. I hope that John Paul II is looking down on us, and is blessing us right now with God and Jesus. God bless this wonderful man, for the good that he has done. That is I have to say about such a wonderful man.
Over Spring Break, I pretty much rearanged my room, and then on Friday afternoon, went to my grandmothers, and watched movies, and ate junkfood all weekend. It was pretty good, but I was sneezing like nuts because of all the smoking she and my grandfather does, and all the cat fur that is in there. Once I got home yesterday, I was so happy because I was homesick, that and I smelled like an ashtray. So how was everyone else's break?
