So the day went like this:
My friend's called me to tell me they didn't have a way to get to my apartment, so I didn't get to see them. Then my other friend called me to tell me she couldn't hang out with me because her dad was in an accident. Then when I got to my apartment, people were drunk, and I had a migraine.

It's Dec 31
Happy New Year Everyone! I'm gonna be gone again for a few days, but I will return, I always do.

Went to MN for about a week and a half, and got back last night. It was fun, and everyone decided they should feed my addiction to coffee. So needless to say, the coffee mugs and caffeinated drinks knew no bounds - and still don't!

This year has definitely been a challenging one. Lots of homework and ruined friendships. College destroys a lot, but it also gave me a wonderful group of new friends, and sparked my love life. For a while there, I'd forgotten what it was like to be in a relationship.

But now it is time for a new year, and more school. I really hope I don't get sick again. It made my grades drop so horribly.

Anyway, my resolution is to do my best, and actually get my room mate to clean the apartment once in awhile. It would help me out a lot.

I'm off! I hope to see you all in 2007!

last day
Today is the last day of the semester, and I just finished my finals...

I passed everything, but I didn't get all of the grades I wanted because I've been so sick. I haven't been able to go to school. Attendance rules killed my GPA.

In case you're wondering: I have Mono.
That's the final diagnosis. So I've been wandering around whenever I feel well enough to wander, with Mono. Not Strep, not bronchitis, not a sinus infection, but Mononucleosis.

I swear I hate doctors. I went in four separate times with the same sypmtoms, and they finally decided they should do some tests. After nearly three months, the doctors decide I have Mono.

Alrighty I'm done ranting now. Umm let's see

Matt's coming over tonight then going back home tomorrow, then I get to go up and see him on Saturday, meet his family and see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (Awesome Christmas Gift). and then I go back to Austin and then go to MN. The next time I do anything fun after that will be my birthday.

Thanksgiving sucked.
So I went up to Minnesota for Thanksgiving. Where I got some work done on my house, and fought with my little sister (here birthday was Sunday). I now have my accent in full swing. 'Oh yeah' sounds like 'OOOH yah!' and 'about' sounds like "aboat." And my grandma started talking to me about my dad's father-- who doesn't even know my name. It was all around a weird conversation.

And the real kicker:

Matt's grandpa died.

He seems like he's okay, but I don't know for sure. He could be trying to convince himself.


So yeah Thanksgiving sucked. But I do have a list of things I'm thankful for (in no particular order):

1. My friends (all of you: Austin, Chris, Cam, Lena, Jason, Isaac, Kevin, Karleigh, and Jen, and of course all of you at Otaku)
2. My family (all of them, even the ones that don't like me that much)
3. Matt (last, but definitely not least!)

New Layout!!
So I finally put away Jack, but he'll be back next fall. Oh yes, he will.

So Kevin came back this weekend, and got drunk again. He is hilarious. He came up this week to get to know me better, becuase I live with his best friend. It's the "I am very interested in my best friend's life" thing, so that was cool. He made us chili and bratwurst.

Let's see, Matt's been studying a lot lately, even for him, so I'm feeling kind of neglected. I think part of it is because of the break coming up. I won't get to see him or talk to him for a little less than a week. He's coming over tonight to hang out with everyone (Austin, Chris, Cam, and me.)

What else, what else? Oh my apartment is in shambles thanks to 5 grown men who don't know to put anything they use away, or to throw away trash, or anything else. I swear I'm hiding the alcohol until they clean.

I think that's it. I will talk to you all later. Or Darke really, since he's the only one who ever comments- love ya bro!

Doctors suck and rock all at once.
So I waited at the doctor's for something like half an hour after being taken back into my room. Then the Nurse Practitioner came in and told me I have a respiratory infection, a sinus infection, and strep. So now I have to take some antibiotics and whatnot. I think it's really sad that the Nurse Practitioner could tell me what was wrong when two weeks ago the actual doctor told me I was perfectly healthy. When I came in for the same reasons.

I'm not going to post much right now, because I'm using one of those Indestuctible keyboard things. I hate them with a fiery passion, and I bet they would be destroyed if you set them on fire. Anyway, Matt has strep and I'm going to te doc's to get tested for it today. I dont want anyone else to get sick, especially since I'm flying to Minnesota next week to see family for Thanksgiving. Well I'm off. I'll tell you all how the doctor went later.

this is a long post.
I've had a really bad cold lately, and the accompanying cough has been horrendous. I'm finally getting over it though.

In other news:
My boyfriend met my dad and stepmom this weekend. They absolutely love him and invited him to visit them over the summer.

One of my friends came in from Houston for the weekend. I wasn't here, but from what I hear from my other friends everyone got really drunk and Val called Kevin. Apparently Kevin dropped his phone and it closed, hanging up on Val. This somehow translates into I spread "twaty lies" about Val to make her friends hate her. So inherently, I want what Val has and will never be as happy as she is. Here let me post this:

I only curse like this when I get really mad. I called a friend of mine last night who was supposed to hang out with me, but instead a group of my old friends decided that they didn't want me hanging out with him, and so they hung up the phone on me and told me not to call him back.

Then the BITCH that I mentioned lied to them and said I had called them names and said shit about them I never did just to get them to hang out with her instead of me.

So my friend called me back at 2 am to tell me he thought it was wrong and he was sorry about what happened.

It does not excuse someone who lied and stole my friends so she could rub it in my face like the smelly cunt she is.

Funny thing is, I refuse to lie. I have no respect for anyone who does. I also know that some of the people she refers to as friends don't talk to her because she only met them for one reason: and his name is Kevin. As soon as he left, she left. I stayed and that's why they are no longer friends with her. AND I CAN'T DO ANYTHING IF I'M NOT THERE.
