trial run.

i dont think everyone got the qoute last time.. but oh well!!Anyways, i just got back from volunteering at the library, which is boring work let me tell you...
All we do is sit at a table and maybe 2 or 3 ppl will come up to us and ask us about the reading program or to stamp their reading logs. What the Summer reading progam is, is what the library does to encourage kids of all ages, along with teens, to read over the summer. So they creat reading logs for them, and a different prize each week (except teens) The kids have to read 5 books each week, from the children's section, probably picture books and simple kids books, and they get to choose a prize and go to a show on Thursday, which is usually a magic show or a performer. The teens read 3 books, which are usually novels, and thicker paperbacks, like Harry Potter. They get to choose their own prize, which is either a paper back book, candy bar, or a wristband. They also get entered for a drawing to win an ipodnano.
What we do is stamp the reading logs, sign ppl up, and answer questoins... but not that many people come in, so its extremely boring.
