Sad Poem
I walk through the forest beyond the trees unnoticed, unloved. I felt alone and forgotten until I saw a path across a wide pond. Stones lay in the water just sturdy enough to hold me up, I did not see the other side.I started hoping from one stone to the next, I could have turned around I could have went back but I didn't. I started to feel dizzy I thought of stopping, but I couldn't forget the pain. One stone, than another I kept going the fog thickened and the stones grew smaller and unstable. "One more couldn't hurt" I kept telling myself, “one more, one more, just one.” But it was too late, I feel into the icy waters below. I couldn't move. The black water engulfed me, strangled me. The light from the sun above started to fade. I could no longer hold my breath, as I opened my mouth water filled my lungs. Everything grew dark… I had a chance to go back, a chance to live. But I was selfish, and now it has become the death of me...
I was felling really down one day and decided to write this. Hope you like it please comment ^.^
