I wake up my heart pounding fast, once again I have escaped the nightmares that haunt my sleep. I hold my head between my knees dreading the fact I'm still alive. There must be more to life than this. I am a stranger to myself, someone I no longer understand. I'm all alone in this world... there is nothing left for me. I only wish I could change the past, turn back the hands of time. Hold close the ones that cared about me instead of pushing myself further into darkness. But nothing can be made different, I can only look toward the future. But what is there left for me, what will I become? I am confused, unable to understand these human emotions. The things that I seem to lack.
I cannot seem to make anyone happy,
its just one mistake after another. I don't belong in this world.
I don't deserve the right to be called a somebody...
