Darkness Surrounds
An older poem Polaris had written a while back:
Darkness Surrounds
The world is changed
The peoples lose faith
So this night ranged
As a corrupt Wraith
There is no sight
Of the Golden Times
Where there is light
And the bell that chimes
Darkness Surrounds
As we have no clue
What scorched these grounds
Why death remains true
Yet beyond loss
A faint glow exists
We fail to cross
As the hope resists
Look in thy heart
Look to thy prowess
If thou shan’t start
Then fall to darkness
Follow the light
Thus find the way
Evade the blight
And thou should not sway
Polaris
