   The BLAHS!!!
Status: Alive. Only have one job...now.
Days without Chocolate: 10 days
Days without Caffeine: 1. Broke down and had to have a Pepsi yesterday. Just one though. So I'm back to starting over again. Damn.

Right now I'm trying to decide if I'm going to meet my coworkers for dinner tomorrow at the Melting Pot or not? I don't really want to. For several reasons. First, I don't feel comfortable around them. See past entries for more explaination. But basically, in the past, they haven't been too nice to me and they tend to talk about each other behind their backs. So I can't help but wonder if they really are sincere or not when they do or say something nice to me? But I would like to believe them...but you just never know. Not all people are nice and good. Another reason I don't want to go is because I can't have any dessert because it all involves chocolate. So what's the POINT?!

I miss chocolate. No more YumYum's chocolate chip ice cream. No more chocolate milkshakes, cupcakes, cake, cookies, donuts, milk, and candy. Or the Chocolate Tallcake at Ruby Tuesday.

Now I'm depressed.

   Winner?
My friend Char once asked me who I thought would win if Voldemort and Orchimaru went up against each other? They're both mean bastards so I'd hope they would both kill each other. But if they didn't, Orchimaru would probably come out on top. Wizards aren't exactly trained in hand to hand combat, right? What I would love to see would be Naraku (Inuyasha) against Orchimaru. That's fit for payperview!

   Where's my naked Kakashi?!
Status: In pain but alive
Days without chocolate and caffeine: 8 days and counting

I didn't do much over the weekend. But I did do some fun things. Besides sleeping in which felt sooooo good! If only all my weekends could be like this.

On Friday, I took the day off so I could rest a bit because of my heart trouble. So I took my mother to a movie which I had been promising to do since Mother's Day. Thankfully she didn't want to see the movie See No Evil anymore. Don't get me wrong. I love horror movies. But only GOOD ones, which are becoming harder to find lately. It seems like the Japanese are the only ones making decent ones lately. Anyway, we went to see The Lake House, which turned out to be a really cute movie. It's about a female doctor (played by Sandra Bullock) who starts corresponding with a man (her former Speed costar Keanu Reeves) and eventually fall in love with each other. The only problem is that they don't actually exist in the same time period. She's in present time, while Keanu is stuck back in the nineties. Sounds weird, right? But it works. At least for me. Too bad stuff like that doesn't really happen. Or great guys like that actually exist. (Note: The Grifter and PyroMaster are the exceptions. And Edison of course.) If they do, well, I'll believe it when I see it.

Sorry but I'm in a guy hating mood right now.

No particular reason except that I found my ex's birthday present, a necklace, in a drawer and since then, I can't seem to stop thinking about the jerk. Tomorrow, I'm going to look into selling it on EBay. I wonder how much I can get for it?

...I could really use the money to buy season six of Naruto.

Speaking of which, my season 5 of Naruto finally arrived on Friday. But I ended up not watching it till Sunday. So good! The Drunken Lee and the Kakashi episodes were the best!!! However, it may not have been the best idea to watch them with my heart problem. But I don't care. It was totally worth it. Unfortunately, the rumor proved false about the naked Kakashi. I should have known. He was naked...but...they didn't show as much as they did for Naruto's sexy jutsu or his butt. Pretty much you saw about this much of Kakashi:

Which really isn't that bad, don't you think? Such a hottie!

   R U My Angel?
Status: Still alive. Yea!!!
Days without caffeine and chocolate: 3

As promised, here are two of my favorite Edison Chen songs for you guys to enjoy. This one is called "R U My Angel?" It's got some English in it which is a nice change from the other videos I saw. So hope you enjoy!

War
Edison's rap video. Sorry, but it's not in English. But strangely, the music reminds me of some American rappers. What do you guys think? I really liked the girl Paisely's voice in it.

   tomie in the hospital
This morning I had to have my mother drive me to the local hospital's emergency room. I woke up early in the morning feeling...strange. It was really hard to describe it to my doctor too. I felt a heavy pressure on my chest as if...someone was sitting on my chest.

No, it was not a ghost or the clown doll from Poltergeist. Thank God!!!

I could still breathe but it hurt and I couldn't take any deep breaths. It's funny but you never notice how you breathe until something like this happens. Then you don't know if you're breathing normally or not because you never noticed before. Does that make any sense?

I thought maybe my left lung had collapsed again since most of the pain was on that side. It tends to do that sometimes when I'm under a lot of stress. For instance, the first time it happened was when I was a Junior in high school, preparing to take the SATs and applying to various colleges and universities.

Anyway, I got to the emergency room at about 8 a.m. They finally discharged me at 2 p.m. Which kind of ticked me off because all they did was hook me up to an EKG to chart my heart beats, draw some blood, and took two xrays of my chest. Even though I work at a hospital and know how it is, I'm not a very patient person. At all. I hate waiting period. Maybe patiece is a virtue but it never was or will be mine. Luckily, I had a television in the room to continue with my normal lunchtime habit of watching Jerry Springer, a little guilty secret of mine, and one of my Dark Hunters novels. So at least I wasn't bored.

In the end, the doctor or whoever determined it to be a rapid heartbeat and set up an appointment for me to go see a cardiologist next week. Until then, no chocolate or caffeine for me...again! Also, I'm to remain as stressfree and relaxed as possible...

Yeah, right.

I'm sooo dead. Note to self: Order the rest of the Naruto series before I die. Must see naked Kakashi episode.

OH, the Drama! I'll never complain about having a boring week again.

PS: Haven't forgotten about Gaara. I just want to hug him.

Things are slow at the moment...
It's been a slow and uneventful week. Thursday was pretty nice though.

Sunday. The power went out for about four hours because of a bad thunder storm. It wasn't too bad till it started to get hot in the house, making it hard to sleep. The next day, our telephone lines were down, which meant no computer. I hate dialup so much. I can't wait till I get a new computer.

Monday. Went to the library before work and watched a bunch of Edison Chen music videos. Of course. And as you've probably guessed, I'll be posting some of them here soon. He's actually pretty good. Especially his rap song "War." And I don't even like rap.

Wednesday. Got sick. Again. One minute I was fine. The next, I had broken out into a cold sweat and started to feel really nauseous. Minutes later, I was running for the bathroom. Luckily, I had an appointment with my doctor to get my annual checkup done the next day so I got to kill two birds with one stone. Not to mention saving money on the extra office visit.

Thursday. Wanted to kill Sarah, my coworker, but didn't. As usual, she was up to her normal tricks, attempting to make the shift as unpleasant as possible for me. I don't think she's going to stop till I quit or she gets me fired. It's gotten to the point where I'm starting to ignore her and only speaking to her when I absolutely have to. I hate being this cold to her, but she's left me with no choice. Because there's no way to fix the problem she has with me. Unless I die. Which hopefully won't happen any time soon, if I can help it. Because the reason she doesn't like me (as far as I know) is because...

Well, I don't know why. Because I got hired and took hours away from her because she was in school and couldn't work them anyway. Because I'm skinny and she's on a diet. Granted, I've lost ten pounds but that's because I've been sick and not eating. It's not by choice.

Speaking of eating, I went after work to a fancy restaurant called The Melting Pot with my friend Char. It's a fondue restaurant and a popular place supposedly for guys to take their wives or girlfriends to. I've always wanted to go but didn't want to spend too much money. But this month, they are having a Ladies' Night where you can get three platters, cheese, salad, and dessert, for only fifteen bucks! I also had to try one of their martinis since it was only $5 that night. I normally don't drink. But I'd never had one before and it made me feel like I was Carrie in Sex in the City holding that weird glass.

It really is a great deal if you don't have a large appetite. Normally, I would have probably stopped by McDonalds for a Big Mac extra value meal afterwards but I had like zero appetite so it was enough for me at least. Too bad the martini was flat though. All you could taste was the vodka and none of the raspberries. Nasty!

Friday. No Sarah! She had switched shifts so she could leave town early to visit her father. So work went well. Also, my package from New York had finally arrived. Turns out the stupid mailman got lazy and crammed it in our mailbox instead of delivering it in person like he's suppose to. Which was why I didn't have it before I left for work and caused me to panic for no reason.

So can you guess what it is?

C'mon, guess.

Yep, more Naruto dvds. Season 4 to be exact, which has Naruto's fight with Gaara in it and the death of the Third Hokage.

Yes, I know. I need help. If anyone knows anyone psychologists who treat anime addicts, feel free to leave a name and number here.

Cool music to kick off the weekend
I found this video on my friend Eva's favorites list. The artist is named Hitmoi Shimatani and her song is called "Garnet Moon." I don't have a clue what she's saying but I like it. Just makes me want to get up and dance. I hope you guys like.

Celebrate!
Mood: ??? Hard to say but better than last time I posted
Current song: Matchbox 20's Long Day
Love: Edwin Chen

Hi!

So what's everyone doing for the weekend? Mine hasn't even started yet and I already think it's going to be a good one.

Why?

Because my Naruto Season 3 boxset has just arrived, along with the second Naruto movie! Finally!!! I thought it would never get here. I tried a new site that I had never ordered from before but a friend recommended and that only ships by ground. If you've ever ordered something that goes by ground, then you probably know how slow it can be. But actually this order came rather quickly and from California too. I think it only took like three or four days. So happy!

So this weekend, I'll be working at the hospital on Saturday morning and then heading over to Char's house to hang out and spend the night. And watch my Naruto dvds of course. And my Edwin movies...all two of them! I must find more. Need. More. Edwin!!!

Well, that is all for now. I have to be up at 5 a.m. for work. Argh! Hate getting up early. Boo.
