The Long Lost Brother of Joey
Lets start with announcements, then I’ll get on with the story. I have over 300 visits, 80 gb signatures. I survived white glove and finals are coming up. I just made cream cheese mints *passes virtual ones to everyone* and soon my Sat night cartoons will come on!
Attention All Kurama Fangirls! There will be an official meeting here at myotaku on Dec 20th for a revolutionary breakthrough in fandom! *heeheeheehee*
So on with the fun! Today’s story is inspired by a fanart by JouYasha titled ‘Seing Dubble?’ and so I now take the time to give credit to her for her inspiration!
Sally Sue has timed perfectly for Joey’s and Shaggy’s paths to cross whilst in the park…
Joey: Hey Dere!
Shaggy: Like, hi!
Joey: I’m lukin for my friends, have ya seen em? A cool bunch wearin dule disk like dis?
Shaggy: Like I don’t think so. I can’t find my friends either. They would, like, be in a van from the 70’s and have a big dog with them.
Joey: Nutin doin! Sorry pal. We were suppose ta have a picnic today.
Shaggy: Wow, like, we were too. Man I’m starved!
Joey: Ya tellin me! I’m soooo hungry rit now, I could eat a pan-ter!
Shaggy: P-p-p-p-panther? Zoinks! I think I’d just stick with pizza and hamburgers.
Joey: Sounds good! Do ya like yurs wit…*they continue talking about food very enthusiastically for a long time*
Both: *Sigh*
Shaggy: So, like, what’s that on your wrist?
Joey: Oh, dis? Its just my disk for Dule Monsta’s.
Shaggy: Zoinks! You, like duel with monsters?!
Joey: Relax, they only hologwams! But I’ve seen real ones tu!
Shaggy: *teeth chattering* Like, so have I!
Joey: Realy? Do you dule?
Shaggy: Nah, I just go around and solve mysteries. They used to be just angry people dressed up to scare folks, but we’ve, like, come across real monsters before too!
Joey: Yeah, I’ve been in som tite spots tu! Hey, wad did ya say ya name was again?
Shaggy: Oh, like my name is Shaggy.
Joey: pleaze ta meet cha! De names Wheeler, Joey Wheeler.
Shaggy: Like, you’ve got to be kidding me!
Joey: Why, wats wrong?
Shaggy: My real last name was Wheeler!
Joey: ya got to be kiddin me!
Shaggy: No joke, I was lost from my family as a little child and, like, was adopted by another. I remember having a twin brother…
Joey: Strange, I’m startin to remember a brother…
Shaggy: And a new baby sister I think…
Joey: I have a sista, her name is
Shaggy: *interupting* Serenity!
Joey: Dats rite!
Both: *they look at each other with the expression of epiphanies on their faces and throwing their arms around each other begin to sob* BROTHER!
*Oh, I just got the YGO movie and when they first see the mummies and start running, I heard a “Zoinks”!*
