   Waaah!!!!!
I was watching the inaugeral (sp?) parade and the station I was watching it on decided they didn't need to play it anymore. :(
I wanted to watch it! They were going to have lots of army people and people on horses... Oh well... Can't be helped.

   Fanfic
Oyez Oyez Oyez!!! Ladies and Gentlemen here's a Beatles fanfiction I really liked

Happy Birthday To Me

It might just be me though... I thought it was so funny it brought tears of laughter to my eyes! But then again I have a really strange sense of humor... who knows... So what do you peoples think? And here is my made up recipe for ALKA SELTZER FISH DISH! YAHOO!!!! Sorry!! Anyway... Now for the recipe (And not the two old ladies from the Waltons, Recipe either!)

DO NOT ACTUALLY EAT THIS! THIS IS A JOKE! IF YOU EAT IT AND GET SICK, IT'S NOT MY FAULT!

ALKA SELTZER FISH DISH!

Ingredients

1 one c. Alka Seltzer tablets.

6 six tbs. Lime juice.

1 one. Salmon fillet (or other fish, I don't now if it would taste good though).

1 one. tsp. Garlic powder.

1 one. tsp. Onion powder.

Pepper.

Instuctions:
Place salmon fillet on aluminom (sp?) foil in a 16x12 glass baking dish. Mix the Alka Seltzer, lime juice, garlic powder, and onion powder together and brush the fillet with it making sure it covers the whole fillet. Sprinkle pepper over the whole thing. Close aluminom (sp?) over the fillet. Bake at about 400 to 425 degrees for about 30 minutes. Bon Appetite (sp?)

Don't actually do this I'm not sure how it would turn out! Might be good without the Alka Seltzer if you like fish... unlike me who hates all seafood!

Did I mention, don't actually try this? I did? Oh, good...

Huh... I just looked at yesterdays post and realized that it linked somewhere... Oh well... I fixed it. And now for your enjoyment... The lyrics to... RAWHIDE! Hee hee hee.

Keep movin', movin', movin',
Though they're disapprovin',
Keep them doggies movin' Rawhide!

Don't try to understand 'em,
Just rope and throw and grab 'em,
Soon we'll be living high and wide.

My heart's calculatin'
My true love will be waitin',
Be waiting at the end of my ride.
Move 'em on, head 'em up,
Head 'em up, move 'em out,
Move 'em on, head 'em out Rawhide!

Set 'em out, ride 'em in
Ride 'em in, let 'em out,
Cut 'em out, ride 'em in Rawhide.

I have no clue why I did that... Yes I do! I found it amusing! And what amuses me,goes up!

Thank you Mama Vash for continuing your search for a Trigun "U". It means a lot to me... I don't know why... but it does.

For all of you just tuning in this is my Trigun Mnemonic (sp?). I posted it awhile back and I still need a "U"

P.S. The "Rawhide" lyrics don't belong to me!

   Lovely Poetry and Site Changes
Tall and straight,
My mother taught me;
This is how we dance.

Tall and straight
My father taught me;
This is how we dance.

Battling feet on city streets
In pools of light;
On street corners
The proud,
The bright,
The carnival of the poor...

~Riverdance

P.S. My theme has changed from "Monkees" to "General 60s". Like my avi? I love Ringo!!!

Christmas is coming
The goose is getting fat
Please put a penny in this old man's hat
If you haven't got a penny,
A ha' penny* will do,
If you haven't got a ha' penny, Then God bless you!

*Ha' penny = half penny

Modern version: aka "With Commentary"
Christmas is coming
The goose is getting fat (Ew, who eats goose? They're greasy!)
Please put a penny in this old man's hat (I don't want a penny...I want a million bucks. And it should be "young girl's hat")
If you haven't got a penny,
A ha' penny* will do, (No, it won't, I told you already!)
If you haven't got a ha' penny, Then God bless you! (Well...yes...that stays the same.)

I have 3 new wallpapers uploaded...I hope they get approved and all that jolliness...

   How sad...
A Series of Unfortunate Events. A Series of Unfortunate Events. A Series of Unfortunate Events.

Our latch string is hanging out for true friends, old and new. You’re welcome here so come inside, we’ve saved a place for you.

I'm so happy! A Series of Unfortunate Events comes out on the big screen December 17th. I love the books! They're about these three orphans who have a lot of bad stuff happen to them on their way to try to find a secret organization called V.F.D. But I won't spoil anything. Here are some pictures from the movie (Looks like they did a pretty good job on it!).

Join V.F.D. Join V.F.D. Join V.F.D. Join V.F.D.

Violet, Klaus, Sunny and Mr. Poe:

Olaf and Henchmen:

When we drive away in secret, You’ll be a volunteer, So don’t scream when we take you: The world is quiet here.

P.S The song a couple of posts ago was a Josh Groban song called "Canto Alla Vita"

P.P.S See how many phrases you can make that can be abbreviated to V.F.D. such as Very Frightening Dormitory or Violently Festive Ducks or Velvet Flighty Dresses

P.P.P.S Here's a link to the movie site: Don't Click Here, Whatever You Do!
