W...o...w
Hung out with Marluxia today. It was fun.
We first cleaned my room a bit and then went to see Meet the Spartans. It was funny, but awkward and it seemed to just be one long advertisement. They seriously had all this stuff advertised in there. Budweiser, Winterfresh, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Deal or No Deal, it was weird.
Then we went to Too Cool and I bought a stuffed paopu fruit. Marluxia bought a Sora. It was funny because when she saw it she was like "*gaaaasp* SORA!!!" and the dude behind the counter was like, "Oh God she found Sora." SWEAR TO GOD THAT'S WHAT HE SAID! I restrained myself from rofling.
I got to talk to the guy too. He was pretty awesome. He's gonna have a booth at Detour, so I'm so stopping by. I found out his entire family is Wiccan too, which is flippin' sweet.
After Too Cool, we stopped by Spencer Gifts and someone recognized both my paopu and my Gir hat. It was awesome. She told me I needed to play FFX.
Then we went to Game Stop and they had the 3rd Phoenix Wright game and a used copy of FFX. I reeeaaally wanted FFX. I was counting my money in front of my dad to see how much I needed to ask him for and something really weird happened. I only had $8 in ones, but this old dude comes up as I was putting it away and was like, "You keep waving that money around like that, girl, and I might just have to snatch you up and go." He said it like he was trying to make a light joke guess, but it was just really creepy. As he walked away I was just like o__O.
And now I'm cleaning my room so my dad will stop bitching at me about not "helping out more". I'm also working on a Shakespearean translation sheet. It's pissing me off because I understand most of the language anyway, but I just can't really translate it...if you get my drift. Meh...oh well.
