OHAYOU, 2007!
Hey guys! Can you smell what The Mask is cookin' this 2007?
1. Happy new year everyone! How's the fireworks last night?
2. Currently suffering from yet another case of sore throat. Seems the holiday celebration started to take its toll on my throat.
3. I was supposed to give a year-ender yesterday, but the super-slow Net connection got in the way. Damn! It was kinda long. Oh well...
4. I feel sorry for the people in Bangkok. The end of 2006 didn't turn out to be okay for them, after bombs rocked their place yesterday. As a result, their New Year celebration had to be cancelled. Let's hope things in Bangkok will be resolved. Click here to see what happened.
5. Did any of you make New Year resolutions? I made some myself. One of them is "responding to the guys that have signed my guestbook recently". I'm not really sure if I can keep these resolutions. But then again, a little jingle once said, "It's New Year's resolution time, kiss another year goodbye. These New Year resolutions are just another pack of lies."
6. Last Saturday, former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein was executed by hanging. It was kinda shocking, since I expected the execution to happen next year. I had doubts about his death, but a video I recently viewed proved to me that he was indeed dead. I hope all those who died because of his regime will now rest in peace. And, even though it may sound odd, I also hope that Saddam's soul will also rest in peace. And may the Iraqis find peace soon. 7. Bought myself a "Mankind Have A NIce Day" T-Shirt last week. It's nice to finally have this shirt, especially since I am a WWE fan and this is my first collectible. Plus, it's one of my fave quotes.
8. I'm starting to become a TNA fan. Yesterday, I saw a replay of one of their pay-per-views, "TNA Genesis". The matches I saw were saw Abyss vs. Sting and Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe. It was really amazing. It's times like these that I wish I could have a TNA T-shirt right now.
9. Raindrops keep falling in my head...oh nothing, just wasting space.
