our li'l escapade

Ooh! Yesterday was . . . well, it was kind of a blast . . . I guess. We kinda got to sleep late the night before because of those energy drinks and all the sugar we consumed beforehand, ice cream, cake, pop . . . eh . . .
I don't know about Mimi or Sagi, but I was in a gray area all night. I didn't get any real sleep, so I woke up tired. Not that big of a problem in the scheme of things, but on the way there we almost got run over by a semi. Seriously! It was over in our lane. God, that was freaky! *shudders* That was a bit of a downer. Other than that it was great! Cold, but great! I got up to volume 12 of Rurouni Kenshin. I've read 8 and 9 already and am itching to read the rest. A little bit of Kenshin's past is going to be revealed in the 12th volume, or so it was promised on the back. I've been waiting the entire series for this. ^__^ I'm also finally all caught up on Snow Drop. Sagi stole those, though, so I have to wait to read them. *glares at Sagi*

Um . . . I'm probably boring you all to death with this rant, so I'll end it there and spare you the rest (although I'd like to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Mimi for getting me my very own copy of Ender's Game! ^__^)
