   hamster holiday! fun for all!
I am so sorry for not getting to everyone's sites yesterday! I really am! I would have, I just . . . couldn't think. Literally. Drinking redbull will do that to you. I visited some and the words just didn't compute, so I came to the conclusion that it would be pointless. The comments would be stupid and uncomprehendable.
I apologize and promise to make it up to you all . . . somehow.
*bows*

In honor of our trip today, I figured I would share some pics of the place we're going. It really is worth seeing, so please stay and take a look!

This is The Dark Star:

and this is The Dark Star kitty:

He's really old and really sweet. He just wanders around and lets you pet him if you want, minding his own business otherwise.

I'd put up more pics of the stores, but I couldn't find any others! What I really wanted to put up was a picture of The Ye Old Trail Tavern Inn, which is over a hundred years old. It isn't even listed as one of the shops, not even under 'dining'. *sighs* Oh well. Maybe if I can get my hands on a camera I'll be able to show you all more. ^___^

And this, my friends, is Glen Helen, what we'll probably be missing out on because of all the snow:

This is the spring the town is named after (also the spring that none of us seem to be able to find without my mom there to guide us). It's yellow because of the iron that's in the rock is flows out of.

Ain't it beautiful??? I don't think the pictures do it justice . . .

Also a big, big, BIG happy birthday to one of my bestest best friends: Mimi. Stop by and wish her a happy birthday too if you can or haven't already. She's a really sweet person and deserves it.

I'm glad you're in my life, Heather. I don't think I would have had as much fun without you to shake things up a bit for me. ^__^
