Urg!

So, lately, I've been writing MyO posts in my head and tucking them away for later. When later comes, I am too tired to go online, and they are wasted. *sigh* For Halloween, I was a Konoha Leaf Nin. It came out pretty good, for not being anyone specific. And I'm proud to say that two of my coworkers knew where I was from. (Justin and Anthony happily exclaiming "Naruto" - because they're starting to get the pattern of me. ;p ) And two more, Erin and Martha, knew my costume was something manga based. So, props for them too! Beyond that, of course several customers recognized me. Oh! And guess what! First, lemme point out that Lindz, is the cute one. We had several customers who came in all the time to see us (and they still come in to see me and ask me to tell Lindz 'hi'.) and Lindz happened to be the one lucky enough to get the free stuff. Well! This Halloween - much to my surprise and joy - I got something! I'd been talking to one of the Naruto guys (a newer one, Lindz) and bemoaning the fact that I am still on dial up, and am nowhere near capable of seeing as many episodes as he had. He asked me for my e-mail address and told me he'd help me out. I gave it to him, thanked him and went about my business. Well, later on, he showed up and...he'd made me a dvd! ^^ So, I got the bestest Halloween present ever! I got teased, of course, but I didn't care. I was so psyched, I was uber bouncy the rest of the night (I closed) and when it came time to go home, I took a cab. (It's dangerous in my neighborhood on Halloween) When I got home, I took a shower, proped up my laptop and was awake til 4 AM - when I couldn't possibly keep my eyes open a moment longer - watching Naruto. I only got through a third. So I spent most of the rest of the day - after some sleep and hanging out with Sena - finishing it up. Eeeeee! By the way, if any of you have the chance to see the Anime Princess Princess, you should so go for it! It's great! Basic premise: There's an all boys school, and in order to keep the boys 'healthily' focussed, the pretty freshman boys are made into girls. They get a special room in the dorm, a large 'club' budget, free meals, excused absences, etc...It's how they rope 'em in. The story follows one year of three 'Princesses' and how they cope with being the school lust objects, each other and family.
