   Whee~?

Exams are over. School is officially over. This morning was my last paper, meaning that from now on, no more school. BUT I still will have to go to school anyway, since my project group is working on a few projects with my project supervisor for extracurricular academic purposes. XD I'm such a nerd. Right now, I'm going to catch up with fandom and fic and music~ I've gotten attracted to the Johnny's Entertainment series of boybandsingersgroups thing. Arashi, Hey! Say! JUMP, NEWS, heck, even KATTUN. XD Many things still need to be done. And I'm sure that when I get around to finding out what does still need to be done I'll start getting to it.    To my f-list.

I have been neglecting you all. I feel bad that I haven't been around commenting and stuff, because when I get online I go straight to fandom-related stuff (fics, mostly and sometimes dl-ing songs) and haven't gotten the energy after all that to keep up with my f-list. Projects take up too much time that when I get online I go do something to cheer me up and 'reset' my brain before school the next day. Heck, I'm doing this in school now when I'm supposed to be rendering and segmenting the imgaes and I wish I could say, 'Oh, screw it. I don't care anymore' but there's no way that I'm going to get awful marks for my last semester. Speaking of final semesters, it means that I'll be entering university later this year - which is why I need to keep the grades up and not let my GPA drop any furthur. Thus, I have decided to go on a hiatus. I will come back earliest at the end of February, when my exams are over. OMG! IT'S OVER! Project Judging is over. We were rushing to fix up the device we were developing. The whole week we've been working on the integration of the project and testing. Thursday we stayed up all night in school finishing up the work. We were in school thursday morning, and it was only friday morning that we went home to shower and change and come back. Judging was friday at 1 pm, so we already completed it by then. I'm really really thankful to my team members and especially my project supervisor. Even with no sleep, the three of us presented pretty well for the judges. I think we didn't do too badly. Gah. For those who didn't understand the post, it's okay. Because I friday I got home and slept from 6 pm to 10am this morning. ^__^ Until a time when I can coherently post, take care, people. ^*^*^*^*^ I will not allow mediocrity. God Bless.

A lot of things has happened in the past month. We celebrated Eid Fitr two weeks ago, and also my birthday a few days ago. School started last week, and getting back into lessons after a long break will take some time. The project is still ongoing, and many busy days and nights lie ahead. Lately I have been watching a lot of anime. THis is becoming a habit, but I'm sure I'll kick it when school gets busy again. Right now I'm on a short break, but work is still being done. Heh, there is no way that we're going to slack off, my group and I. Let's see, I have seen (though not completed the whole series yet) Shounen Onmyouji, Harukanaru Toki no Nakade Hachiyosho, Saiunkoku Monogatari, Kamisama Kazoku, Nodame Cantabile, Machine Robo Rescue. Oh, D.Grayman. And right now I'm watching Taiyou no Uta it's a movie, though. Also, we're now in the middle of the fasting month - 13 days to go! - called Ramadhan. So we fast from dawn (which is around 0530) until dusk (which is around 1900); meaning no eating or drinking for the whole day. It's day 17 today. ^__^ Ah... I want to go out with my friends... and I need new shoes. Mine gets soaked easily when walking in the rain (the shoes are pretty old). Oh, well. Let's hope it won't rain too much. I don't know what came over me, but a few days back I saw my site and it was all so pink (almost made me vomit and I don't know why no one has pointed out to me how so pink it was) so I decided to change the whole colour scheme. Now it's black. I liked the background image (found it stashed in my photobucket account) so I did my layout around it. ^__^ And many thanks to those who did the month-meme! It was great to be able to get to know your personality better! Though I think for my month most of the descriptions are quite off. But it was loads fun~ ((Miss Anonymous: You use s in angle brackets. Or strike. Like this.)) For today, I shall be recommending the anime (and live-ation drama) Nodame Cantabile. It is about Chiaki Shinichi, a top piano student who wants to be a conductor. But because of his fear of flying, he feels trapped in Japan, and Chiaki starts to question exactly how far he can possibly go in music, especially when he's passed over again and again by others he believes less worthy of musical scholarship and fame. Then he meets his next-door neighbour, Nodame, who reminds Chiaki that music can be fun and what drew him to be a conductor in the first place. Watch it here. It is an absolute fun anime to watch, and the music is lovely. I think I learnt to appreciate classical music even more, since watching this anime. And I think Ouran fans might recognise the first song Chiaki and Nodame played together in the first episode. ^__^ Okay, I'll go visting now. Take care, all~ ^*^*^*^*^ I will not allow mediocrity.
