OUCH DAMNIT!!

Today, I tried to ally over a parking crub in the lot at school. I pushed off, poped the board, and went over.... then I landed, went manual, lost the board, fell and smashed my elbow.. It hurts like a bish!! Damnit!! Not only did I do that, but I also rode afterwards, hit something (maybe a rock) and I bailed.. running off the board totally off balance, going quite fast, and fell on my arse.. So now my elbow and rear end hurts like a mofo.. Owww!!!
