 Evolution
So lately I have been spending a good portion of my night here on Otaku looking at all the art. There have been some pictures that are just . . . amazing. Words would be an injustice to describe them. And just like any other artist I am trying to figure out how to step up to their level. How do I evolve as an artist? Since I've started drawing anime (about a year ago) I feel I have had one real evolution. I feel I am ready for another. It comes down to a question if you are thinking about anime like I am. "What do you feel is a high quality anime picture and what direction is that"? I think I can answer that question. I feel its adding more realism to the photo while keeping a recognition of the character. Any way long story short . . . I would like to know what you have done to improve as an artist and if you have ever had any 'evolutions' before?

Talk it out
So I was thinking about it, lately I have been talking alot to people on this site through the private messaging and guestbook functions but I think it would be so cool to discuss anime and artistic styles in real time. Like AIM clints or MSN messenger. I suppose I will wait for the day I get a message from someone on here that is on my AIM account. Don't be shy!!

 Old
I have realised today that I am kind of an old person here. And by kind of I mean I am, everytime I go to visit another members site I see that they were born in like 1990 or something like that. I was a full member of the Ghostbusters Fan club by then. Well I guess it doesn't bother me because I am here to check out all the great art. But if there is anyone around that can drive a car legally, or better yet vote in an election don't be affraid to say hi to me. . . I am feeling a bit old.

What do you know you can do a Journal
So I just figured out that you can do a journal here. Thats pretty cool. I think I submitted a fan art twice and with this 48 hour waiting period I am affriad that I might get in trouble. Oh well.
