Whoah!
I just got an awesome invite.....I've been invited by People to People Student Ambassador Programs to spend 20 days in Europe next summer. If I go, I get to visit Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, a Belgian chocolate maker, a Dutch cheese factory, the Eiffel Tower, meet a member of Parliament, and other things. Sounds like fun, ne? I really want to go, and hope that I can afford it, so wish me luck!

   HAPPY!!!!!
I'm finally sixteen as of last friday!!! *does a dance* And I got a kewl Nintendo DS as my present. Along with 40 bucks and a YGO game. Which came with two cards.

And on a plus note, I've found an author who actually knows what manga is. Or at least mention it in one of her books. She's Julia Anne Peters, and her books are awesome. One is about a girl who's coming to terms with the fact that she's gay and tells her family (Keeping You a Secret), another about a boy who knows he's a girl and how he and his sister deals with it (Luna), and the other one I read (Define Normal) was about the family lives of two girls.

Luna was the one that mention manga. One mentioned was Call Me Princess (I checked and found it does exist), the other was Love Hina.

Bored
Well, I'm bored again, and you know what that means.......random post!!!!

Well, my B-day is in *counts* six days, not including today, and I'm wondering what I'll get! Hopefully money for more anime...doubt it though, since it's my sweet sixteen and my grandmother wants to do something.....probably something *shudders* girly. Don't you just hate girly things? I know I do. Specially pink.

But then I must ask myself: If I hate pink, why is the text on my site pink? Ah yes, because I can't find any other color to show up against the background......This calls for different background.

......Why am I doing this? Oh yeah, I'm extremely bored......really need to work on that. I also need to work on my fics before I'm killed.....Oh well. And now to complete my randomness, here is a lovely (if not dark) poem written by yours truly when she was severely pissed off.
.........and now I'm waiting for Quizilla to get to my stupid name so I can the thing.........I'm not even gonna say what those two pencil guys look like they're trying to do........

Sick of This Life

My heart is filled with so much pain
Each day I almost drown
My crystal tears fall down like rain
Never to reach the ground
My eyes are cold and lifeless
As I lie here in my bed
I'm trying to work through all the stress
But sometimes I wish for death
I can no longer take their taunting jeers
Nor their cruel harsh lies
I no longer cry those crystal tears
My eyes have long since dried
My soul is bound by suffering
My heart is bound by pain
All four trapped in a continuous ring
Cracking under the strain
My hope is slowly fading
The candle burning low
My love and warmth cascading
To the corners of my soul
I doubt light will ever come
To the darkness of my life
But that's okay my heart's the skin
And Darkness is the knife

I am so happy!!!! I finally have some G Gundam DVDS! WOOHOO!!! I now have the first 24 episodes on six DVDs in a nice little box set thingy. Now to just get the rest.....Sometimes I love Movie Stop. No wait, I love them all the time! Cept when I can't find Loveless *pouts*

I might be getting a job there after my B-day this year. IF I do, at least I'll finally get some cash. It'll definitely help with my goal of going to an anime convention next year. I'm going to one if it kills me......
