   Blahful-ness
Dooon't ask about the title. XP

Yesterday I had a math test... dealing with the Pythagorean theorm (the a2+b2=c2 stuff)... I GOT A D. ::sobs:: Whhyyyyy?! I know one mistake I made though. We had to label the missing angles of a 30-60-90 triangle, and where 60 was, I put 90. I was all WTF I PUT 60!! XoX Iiiiii am so dumb.

I'm listening to my DDRMAX2 soundtrack on my computer. ^.^~ The only bad thing is the sound stops every once and a while for a few seconds, then it freezes up for the same amount of time when I try to fix it. It's probably because (A)- The speaker's aren't the best... or (B)- There's 49 tracks, so it probably... confuses the computer or something and disables sound for a moment. XD Ah, but I'm going to buy the Extreme soundtrack in a while. It has some flipping awesome tunes on it, and pretty much all of them I love. Especially 1998!! ::dances::

Oh yah, and the DDR tournament this month might be canceled because there's a new guy running the game stuff. ::cries:: Nooo faiiir!! It had a Standard AND Heavy level... if it's moved to next month, then XP on them! (Oh well, at least I'll be 14 by then! XD I don't really know why that came up.)

Oooh, BREAK DOWN! is playing right now. ^.^~ "nani mo kamo yurusarenai jiyuu ni datte naritai..." XD Sorry. You probably all have no idea how to speak Japanese. I can sing the song but I can't really translate it. I mean, I know the English lyrics, but...

Okay, enough rambling... I should type more of my story with that Alex and Aura. C=

   Lovely
Two new fanarts are up! Go look at 'em! x3

I've had a good weekend. :3 Last night was a bunch of fun with my friend... we did DDR at the arcade/theatre. There were two high school girls there while we played. They were pretty good... I decided to do .59 on Heavy, and they were watching me. They were impressed. I was a bit... embarassed. Oh, but SUPERDY DOOO!! There's another contest there on the 25th this month! And it's not just Heavy, but Standard too! I'm going to enter! ::determined::

I don't think I've said this, but Konami (the company that makes DDR) and these Broadjam people are teaming up and holding a contest. Write your own song, from 1 min 30 sec to 7 minutes... and above 120 BPM... I thought it would be hard. But I've got an idea going! My friend and I spent a good three hours last night working on some parts. XD I think it'll start out at 120-ish BPM with some strings in the background, then a panflute or two with a melody and a piano on top. And maybe a synthesizer. (I CAN do all of that, because I have spiffeh piano that has 238 sound effects. >:3) It'll go on like that for about 30 measures, fade away, stop for a measure, then break out in this eurobeat style and be at 150 BPM. XD It sounds really cool, though.

Er... XD

I gotta go now. I think this week will be SUUUPER busy... X.X

Later's ya'll!

P.S.-

KINGDOM HEARTS 2 COMES OUT TOMORROW! ::dances::

   Another HAPPY FUN DAY
XD Yup. I'm having a sleepover. :3 With one of my friends who happens to have a DDR. We're going to the arcade/theatre tonight and we're gonna do the DDR there for a while. Since I figured we'd do at least... 4 rounds, we're bringing $3 each... I wonder if there will be people there or anything. I'd be kinda nervous if they were there and watching. Especially since it takes me a song or two to get used to the feel of the machine's mat... I usually get a C on my first song. (Which is always 1998... XD Nooo! Bad! I've gotten more AA's than I need on my version... X3;;)

That aside...

I've been writing part of my other novel I've neglected, one I call Fade... I don't know if you guys remember it well. It had that little girl named Aura and her big brother named Alex. I've gotten a deep plot thought out for it... Heheh...

I should submit more fanart... I think I'll do that now. XD

Anywaiz...

Later's ya'll!

Oh yeah, and I feel better than I did Wednesday. :3

Depression. ._.
Yup, I've become depressed. x_X

I feel kind of a lone right now. I did some DDR not to long ago... my friend and I traded DDRs. My Extreme2 for her Extreme. We'll trade back in a while... I dunno when yet. Extreme is fun, but pretty much all the songs I really want to play (the NAOKI and dj TAKA songs) have to be unlocked yet. And it is taking FOREVER. I tried Mission Mode, too, and I did fine for a while. Then I got really stressed out because my mat didn't seem to be working for part of this one song. It's done it before. I don't think I'm stepping wrong... I'm stepping RIGHT on the arrow RIGHT as it hits the greyed out area at the top. X_X I actually ripped out some of my hair in anger.

I've been feeling all sad lately. And also my dad was asking me about what I'm doing on Otaku. It was kinda scary, saying if people ever use my account name in a comment or whatever I should tell him. I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT when my dad prys like that. DX I'm kind of scared that he won't let me come on here some day or something. I'd bawl. And he'd probably see what other sites I'm on and not let me go on them. So, that's added to my depression even more. I feel like crying...

I'm going now...

Oh, but wait, I'll show you a picture I did yesterday... here. It's Naoki-sama! Or... just NAOKI as he is more commonly known... xD (I shouldn't have to say more, should I?)

Yar, well, I'll go now.

Blah
I'm kinda bored right now. ^_^x Ah, but there was no dance practice today! I think the coach is sick. I don't know, though. Oh, but the class she teaches at school was cancled too. (It's this extended learning program for smart people xD)

Do you wall remember that Ed plushie I was going to make then abandoned? And then that Lloyd one I abandoned too? I'm gonna try and make a NAOKI one. XDDDD I know it's crazy, but that's the kind of things I tend to do when I'm obsessed with something. I have a pwnful piccy of him, too! He has this awesome outfit on! I'm using that as a reference or whatever. It should be easy, since I only need a few colors: two shades of grey, a black, a white, a light brown, and a peach (Okay, maybe it is more than a few colors...). I may need more than that, but I dunno. I'm gonna make up some sort of boots for him since I don't know what his shoes look like. xDD

Oh, and that contest that was on Saturday, I think it kind of helped me. Wait, I never told you guys about it did I...

It was sooo cool. Although there were only 6 people competing and it was just random Heavy songs, it was still awesome. I'm sort of getting to that level... well, the guys who got 1st and 2nd got an Extra Stage twice when playing for fun. The first time was the Legend of Max and the other was Paranoia Survivor. Both scrolled in the reverse direction, and I think a 1.5 speed mod was on. Anyway, this guy who was part of a DDR team (and had a T-SHIRT FOR IT ON!) bar hugged the whole time with both of the songs. (That's where you hold onto the bar and don't let go...) The guy almost got 1st in the contest, too. He's reaaally good. :D Everyone was watching intently.

ANYWAY, the point is I was able to do 2 hours of Heavy the next day. I was all determined to improve, and I have! Finally! XDDD

I've rambled on long enough, so I'll leave.

Later's ya'll!

   Happy fun day!
^_^x Today will be fun. In a way. There's a DDR contest thingie at a theatre that has a DDR machine there (and it's the only one in my city XD) and I'm going to watch it. I'm thinking of entering the next one, but that depends on the competition and stuff. I'm also curious if there are different divisions and stuff, like Light, Standard and Heavy or it's all rolled into one... Hrm. Oh, and I'm attempting to do Maxx Unlimited on Heavy on my version. At 1 time normal speed. I have the first five measure of notes pretty much memorized... x3; And hey! Maxx Unlimited is the song I'm listening to on my soundtrack right now!

And while I'm on the topic of DDR, I gotta tell you all my dream from last night. My mom got me three mats and the soundtrack for Extreme that I wanna buy. It was funneh, 'cause when I went to listen to what I thought was my Max2 one, it was the Extreme. XDDDD

Ooookay. I need a new topic.

Oh yah! I've had, like, 10 requests from people to draw them pictures in the last week or two. ;o It's kinda surprising. But they're all happy and stuff. XD Aaaaaand I need to color in something on the computer... really bad... I'll do that now, I guess. ^_^x

Anyhowz, I should go.

Later's ya'll!

   It's not my fault...
I feel kinda bad 'cause I haven't visited in FOREVER. DX Sorry! It's stoopid school. ;o; I've been overloaded with homework and stuff. x(

Erm... I've had a kind of bad day. But I feel better now. And I'm going to make you all feel all warm and happy inside by showing you this piece I wrote as homework. It's this... show not tell writing thing... for Stargirl, which is what we're reading in Language Arts. It's realy cute... my character Trish and her friend (maybe even boyfriend =D) who used to be named Zellos but I'm using that name for another story now... XD

Furtively I slunk through the massive space, sipping the last drop of my sweet cherry-flavored soda. I had my eyes peeled for someone interesting to follow. As I tossed my cup into the nearest trash bin, I spotted a girl a bit older than me. Long brown hair. Tied back in a braid with a light blue bow. She wore an outfit like a sailor’s uniform. Her shirt was pastel yellow, her skirt the same hue as her bow. On her back was a knapsack, and she was walking quickly. I set off after her. As she passed a fountain she flipped a quarter into it. Plop.

The girl was soon outside, running to a boy with long rust-colored hair. Playfully she slapped his hip. He leapt into the air, whipping his head around. He laughed. He pushed the girl back in the same playful manner. She then pulled a small sack from her pack. The boy pulled the sack off his gift. Inside was a glass pendant, intricate designs painted on it. Smiling, the boy embraced the girl. My watch cried out with beeps. My time was up. These two were young lovers. Nothing more.

Heehee. It's only a half page long, which is how long it's supposed to be, since it's gotta be short. ^_^x

Oh yeah, and in music appreciation today I played my song for that presentation. I decided Destiny from DDR would be the best for me. I actually thought of doing Kakumei instead, another awesomely awesome piece (it's instrumental, though) but I stook with Destiny. When the song was playing I felt nervous, but this really funny happy-go-lucky girl went 'That was cool!' at the end. And then when some of my friends said it was from DDR she went 'Cool' again. She's funneh. XD My teacher for that said that the song would be for raves, since it was so fast... I kinda laughed. Since... well...

Aaaaanyway.. I should go now. I have quite a bit of dumb math and science homework. DX And I think this post is long enough to make up for my absence.

Later's ya'll!

   X_X
Today was this honor band thing. It suuuuucked. It's all day, so we did at least 3 hours of rehearsing. My teeth are killing me. And the concert is in... about an hour. Graaaaah. I didn't do too well in chair placement. I got the last chair for alto sax out of five. I didn't have a whole lot of time to practice it with my director from school, and now my mom's made me feel all guilty by saying "I guess you should've practiced last night, huh?"

Kind of random, but my friend and I really wanna play a string instrument, like a violin or something. I wish my school had an orchestra as well. That would be cool. ^_^~ But you'd need a lot of people for that.

Umm... other than that, I don't have much to say. -.- Other than there's another DDR soundtrack I want that has 1998 on it. x3; If I got that, and an MP3 for my birthday like I asked my parents, I'd load like 50 DDR songs onto it. XD Along with Linkin Park and any other songs that I like.

I guess I should go now. I'm gonna have some mac and cheese later for dinner. Yum. ^^

Later's ya'll!

EDIT: The concert wasn't so bad. I enjoyed it~ If you were wondering (and you probably won't use this knowledge anywhere) we (the 8th grade) played... Grand Galop Comique, Jazzoo, Free World March and The Explorers of Orion. I <3 the last one. ^^ Er... 8D Kind of a useless edit, but whatever.

La.
Yar, well, I don't have much time. I gotta go do my homework. x_X I hate math.

I'm kinda sad. That writing contest I was nominated for- my teacher gave me the results yesterday. My friend and I... she happened to be in the same class hour. Well... I didn't make it. ;O; I spent at least 3 HOURS TOTAL writing 6-page pieces that would be my best pieces or whatever... the first one's ending sounded like the beginning of a novel, and the other wasn't excepted. I'm really sad I didn't... win. 'Cause I haven't won any contest I've been in. DX (Sorry if that sounds egotistical, whatever that means...)

Yeaaaaaaah. I guess I should go soon... After I listen to a little more of my soundtrack. ^.^~ Oh, yah, there's this really funny song called 'Matsuri Japan' (KOG Remix, in this track) and there's this guy that goes 'Nyoi nyoi nyoi nyoi nyoi nyoi nyoi nyoi nyeah...' (Yeah, I can't type out the sound. XD) and then there's what sounds like metal spoons. Wow. It's very... authentic. It was written by NAOKI, too. That's funneh. x)

Well... I should go.

   Wahooo!
I'm so happy I could cry. Okay, not really... 'Cause, well, MY SOUNDTRACK FINALLY CAME. ;_; It was kind of funny, actually. The mailman was a little late tonight, and it sounded like he was staying in the same place for a while... then my parents had me come out to the kitchen and my dad was holding the soundtrack. ^.^~

In this music class I'm in right now, every Tuesday and Thursday is a different class called 'music appreciation', and for a project we bring in a song and have to find the composer and CD label and stuff. I'm stuck between bringing in the song Easier to Run by Linkin Park or Destiny by NAOKI... I'm leaning towards Destiny 'cause the teacher said people have brought basically the same stuff (American pop, rock, etc. people you hear on the radio)... yeah.

I gotta go now... finish up some of my homework while listening to my new soundtrack and being all HAPPY. xD

Later's ya'll!
