   baking is fun
Well today for my chef class i made spiced muffins, basic white bread, and buttermilk biscuts they came out all flaky and delicous. It was fun making them goodies. Of course i got flour all over my chef pants and chef coat but it was all worth it. After all that baking we got to eat our treats and take some some with me to work they like them i'm so happy.

   Report
Today i had to turn in my report for legal issues i hope i did alright well the only thing that i have to worry about is saying it out loud in front of the whole class there are about 40 people in that class and i am so scared to talk in front of them. My biggest problem is that when i get nervous i say like to much and i turn all red. I have taken public speaking classes but man it still didn't help. well i guess i just have to go up then and be brave hopfully i don't faint in fron of everybody now that would be horrible.

   Never Rest
I am so tired i can't wait till this semester ends so much work ahead of me i have a to turn in homework this friday and it counts as a test so that's pretty easy and then i have a report due next week then i have to stand up in front of the class and say my report which i really hate doing. Plus many more tests for my other classes soooooooo much work but i think i can hack it. Well today we made banana foster's with ice cream it was sooo good the only thing that scared me about making it was pouring the rum and then lighting it but it was loads of fun. The chef made everyone do it in order for us to get a grade and I think I got a good grade I hope he just tells us good job.

   springbreak
Was alright friday stayed at my best friend's house had loads of fun watched t.v. ate alot of course and sleeped late. I of course forgot to do my homework on the week of springbreak well i really didn't forget it was more like i didn't feel like doing it but sunday came and i did it although i'm not sure if i did it right.

well today is the first day of spring break for the college and instead of sleeping in late and just watching tv i had to wake up early and come to work this pretty much ruins the first day of my vacation plus i'm not to happy who i'm working with today.

   Getting better by the moment
Well lately i haven't been feeling well I think I have a cold or the flu can't tell all i know is that I feel bad well i passed my tests OH YEAH!!!!! i got a 100 of one and well the other i got a 91 just a couple of more points she take to many points off for just two wrong answers. well have to go lay down don't want to faint on the floor.
