Now I Understand
The darkness, it surrounded me,
The darkness, it bound me,
I didn't understand the things that I do
I didn't understand the things I'm supposed to
I was lost, and feared, that I couldn't be found
The darkness, it seems to have loosened it's grip
And I fought and I struggled, and have broken free of it
I still have questions, and I always will
But these questions, are part of what makes me real
I may not know my purpose,
But I'm sure I'll find out
But for it to happen too soon,
Now That I do doubt
And for now, I think, I can live without.

Questions Never Understood
The darkness, surrounds me,
The darkness, it bound me,
I don't understand the things that I do
I don't understand the things I'm supposed to
I'm lost, and i fear i can't be found
The darkness has still got me bound
All these questions, they run through my head
Too many times, I have been mislead
Sometime I wonder, when will I die
But always that question, eternally,
why?
I don't understand, a single thing
I don't understand, and i ask myself, is this really me?
Or am I a puppet,
Living for someone else?
But all I want,
Is to be myself.
I'm eternally lost
Deep in my thoughts
Never understanding, what it is that I am
Just because of that, am I less of a man?
All that I want, is just to be me
And to do that, i have to be free
But after all this, I still ask myself, why?
And now another question arises,
Am I living a lie?

today was cool. school started yesterday and it was ok, the really cool thing though is that my english teacher has turntables! he even will let us use them. so yea thats pretty cool. well today i went to clay's house and it was awesome. i learned how to doggypaddle! (clay has a pool) i mean doggypaddle as in the deep end! i can finally go in deep water and stay afloat and live! tony taught me. also learned to go underwater and touch the bottom. so yea if you cant tell i'm proud of myself. trust a friend more than licensed swim teachers. and we stayed in the pool for a long time so i got lotsa practice. then we went back inside and watched a couple movies, listened to clay play his bass and karl play his guitar. clay's just learnin, but he's pretty good and karl is really good. we watched Monkey Bone and GTO vol.3. we pigged out and ate a bunch too. yea today was a good day, including the fact we got no homework! yea a good day.

NEW ORLEANS PT.1 and THE CRUISE (on ship)
ok more on vacation today. lessee it's New Orleans Pt.1 and The Cruise.

NEW ORLEANS PT.1
ok we gotta get one thing straight before this whole story begins, we first got to new orleans on a saturday night, that being said, i shall begin: NEW ORLEANS SCARED THE HELL OUTTA ME THE 1ST NIGHT! it was full of drunk, crazy, junkies, gothic people, wannabe gothics, thieves, "fortunetellers", "tarot card readers", and "BIBLE STUDY" IN THE MIDDLE OF IT (which was the scariest of all). who friggin puts a "Bible Study" in the midst of tarot cards and fortunetellers, and seance people? and it felt evil too! you kinda get sorta an uncomfortable feeling in New Orleans. remember this is Saturday night though so my 1st impression kinda freaked me out. o yea and there were roaches in the street. so we went out for a couple hours on Saturday starting from about 10 p.m. til about 12. yes, scary times. people were all offering, "read your fortune", "lost someone you wanna talk to?" and shiznit. everyone was smokin and i started feelin sick cus of it. ya got close to anyone and they smelled like beer and smoke. stopped in a couple stores, and the things that i saw you wont believe. but heres one for ya, there was uhhhh "dirtiness" on hot sauce bottles, and of course there was hot sauce bottles everywhere cus i mean come on, it's louisiana everythings spicy. BUT WHO PUTS UHHH....BAD STUFF ON HOT SAUCE BOTTLES AND OFFERS A 9YR. OLD SOME?! IT WAS UNCENSORED FOR GOODNESS SAKE! IT"S FRIGGIN HOT SAUCE! THEY DON'T MIX! there were also a buncha books on New Orleans ghosts which i was stupid enough to read. gave me nightmares...
but we were so friggin happy to get back to the hotel! and that was the end of that for the 1st night.(just so you know, new oleans is pretty cool, just on fri. and sat. nights it's horrible and this is comin from a person who doesn't like crowds or big cities and doesn't go to one very often so i'm not used to this, could be completely different for you, o yea and we were in the French Quarter, the real touristy busy spot)

THE CRUISE (on ship)
now i gotta tell you this story before i tell you about this cruise. now my first cruise i went on, i was scared to death, i was about 11 and of course i was afraid of water, just like i am now, i had just seen titanic, so yea i was pretty freaked out to get on. and they showed titanic again on the ship! last hing i needed was to remember that even more, but in the end i still had a lotta fun on that cruise. well this time i wasnt even afraid to get on the ship, i thought i was gonna be but i wasnt. so THE CRUISE WAS AWESOME! it was really fun. relaxing and everything, i even went on deck and looked at the view and the ocean. like standing at the rail watched! it took some time but i built up the courage to do it. so yea cruise was awesome.

next time on family vacation, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel
if you're wonderin bout the colors in Jamaica, those are the national colors. there's a meaning too:
green- for the land
yellow- for the sun
red- for the blood
black- for the people (due to background color i can't put black as it is unseeable making it unreadable that way, so pretend its black)
pretty cool huh?
this is a pic of the ship, the Carival Conquest one big ship huh? yea had 12 floors, it was really big, really fun, really pretty, really cool.

   I'm BACK!
I'M BACK! whooo, it was a long vacation, too long actually, i got homesick! for the first time in my life. yea so how's everybody been? dis ya miss me? probably not. heh heh heh didn't even know i was gone. heh heh heh well i decide i was gonna tell you guys a different portion of my trip every day, one at a time kinda thing. so today texas, tomorrow new orleans (part 1), etc. ok? ok let us begin:

CHAPTER 1: TEXAS
i had a lotta fun on vacation. first i went to texas and found that i like it a lot more than i thought i would! even though it was really hot, i ended up gettin used to it, and the air was cleaner there and it was really cool cus there was more forests and stuff. plus toads came out every night so that was really cool. they stand right in front of you and there was a whole bunch of 'em. and this was at the hotel. yea i also saw the family property in texas. (my grandpa had a ranch) so ut's my mom's family property so it's split between 10 people. yea my mom has 9 brothers and sisters. we have cows and bulls too, and that was the animals that we saw, there's probably more. yea it was really cool. then we drove to new orleans with about 10 people in the car. (me chris, my mom, my dad, isaac, mariah, cimone, aunty peachie), so it was cramped, but it was ok. and it was in a rental van, not the camry. so yea texas was really cool.

yea and ranma vol. 27 is awesome too! i love ranma, such a great series. but you all knew that huh? i also finally beat the 3rd seymour in FFX. and all this leads up to what the subject implies, well not really but, cool stuff happened so i decided to say it, anyway, movin right along, yea i'm gonna be leavin for a few eeks as in i'm goin on vacation for 3 weeks. wait! the mangas do have something to do with it! i won't be bored on the plane and car rides. heh heh heh i'm flyinm to texas tomorrow, (got family business to take care of), then we rent a car and drive to new orleans, then we take a cruise to the carribeans and back to new orleans, and after that we drive from new to atlanta, and then we come home. yea, 3 weeks. it's gonna be fun! and equally scary! see i hate heat and texas is really hot and i'm scared of deep water and i'm goin on a cruise. the cruise thing'll be ok though 'cus i'll be ok after the 1st day, but as for texas, well, i'm gonna be smart and stay inside all day with the AC on. so yea, i'll be seein u guys later. dinner time!

'ello everybody. i saw I, Robot and Catwoman on Thurs. they were both good movies. i really liked them. I, Robot was awesome, especially when the robots fight. Sonny is so cool. and Catwoman was really good too, and not just because Halle Berry is beautiful (though that was part of it heh heh) but it had cool fight scenes too. i'm not gonna go into real detail on both movies 'cus i don't know how to say it, so yeah. haha
Yesterday we had some fancy-pancy (well it was fancy for us!) dinner thing, we invited my dad's family over, and we have this dinner thing about once or twice a year, so we had to clean up, and go do the lawn, ya know, all in a very short time so my mom was all stressed out, but it all got done and she got happy after they came 'cus her house was neat and her back yard looked all fancy. well see ya later.

Today I shall think of a subject, and that subject I shall think of, and- ahhh screw it.
Utada Hikaru is awesome! just started listenin to her the other day, but i gotta say, she's great. man. j-pop (well the little that i've heard) is so much better than American pop, i mean, the king and queen of pop, Michael Jackson and Britney Spears, think about it. OK, old school Michael Jackson was awesome, and his new music is OK, but, well, its not that great. and i ain't even gonna go into their business, court sessions, etc., thats why i said think about it. haha but as i was saying, Utada Hikaru is cool! i really like her music and she's pretty!

SEE?! notice the prettiness?! haha she's beautiful! but yeah, goin swimming again today. haha! i'll show those 4 yr. olds, i'll jump in that 8 ft. *shiver* so...scared... but i can do it! well uhhhh see ya guys later. i hope. i don't think i can do this 8 ft. thing...haha i'm such a chicken... like scooby and shaggy! they're my heroes, becuause Scooby's the best in the whole wide world. heh heh, Scooby's always been my hero.
