Helpful hints for NwN fans
Word to the wise:
Remember for later on - with the Tomes and their creations and other similar tasks - spells cast from rings, wands and other items work just as well as a wizards incantations. Remember also, the higher your 'Use Magic Device' proficiency, the greater the range of weapons, armour and items you can use from those designed or intended for other classes and races. Unless you are a wizard and can scribe scrolls, you would be wise to hang onto those suitable ones you find on your adventures. These include:
* Dispel Magic
* Dominate Person (Domination)
* Endure Elements
* Enervation
* Feeble Mind
* Fireball
* Improved Invisibility
* Lightning Bolt
* Mage Armor
* Melf's Acid Arrow
* Stone Skin
After you have found the four items from the wizards labs (with the sundials outside) wander back to complete the challenge.
Defeating the Minogon is easy, if you use the offered wands in the correct order.
Membership access to 'Special Equipment' including a true bag of holding
You are also awarded a 'Many Starred Cloak'
(Resist Fire & Electricty 10/- , Low blue light (10m) and Concentration +2)
