I am bored. but i mainly would like to know.
Does anyone here know which program is best for coloring art work on the computer?
like...photoshop...adobe...illustrator etc...
I have complained to my father for 8 months to get me something to color with. I dont even have one of those little computer drawing pads...TT_TT
I told him paint was cutting it! As 13 i should be able to make my own decisions. (Although he still pays for it. XD)
anyway..
what is the best one you know?
because i will be getting a color program sometime in march and i would like to know what you think is the best.

it would mean alot if someone could tell me the programs REAL name so i can look it up and see how well it really works.
