   A town? More like an ocean.
It wan't stop raining where I live. It might stop on occasion, but then it starts up again, and there are these HUGE claps of thunder that are way beyond creepy. Part of the flooded golf course just cleared up, and now it's pouring again, and there are rumers going around that we're going to get hurricains down in New England(where I live). Now I'm scared:(.
