Hey everyone. I'm sorry I haven't been posting much. I don't have a good excuse. To be honest, I got really obsessed with World of Warcraft during the end of my summer.

So, my senior year of high school is under way. So far, it seems like it should be pretty good. The classes I was afraid to go to don't seem too bad and there are a couple I think will actually be a lot of fun. Hopefully, school will also give me something, boring as it may be, to post about too.

Not much else is going on at the moment though so without further adieu, this one's for you Alexa. I told you I'd get it in before you left ^_^

Alexa:
I realize this has taken me forever to write but not without good reason. I consider you one of my closest friends even though we've yet to meet in person. I've enjoyed our conversations ever since that first night (I remember the fly as well!) and I don't see that changing any time soon. Since you covered how we met, I guess I'll skip that part.

So, July 13th marked the two year anniversary of the night we met and it's been two great years if I do say so myself. I can't imagine what my experience with myOtaku would have been without you being a part of it. I know you mentioned my helping you with your site but you give yourself too little credit. My theme would probably still be blue had you not pushed me to change it ^_^ You've helped me more in that area than you know. From finding images and being blunt, using terms like "puke orange," to inadvertently helping me learn more about web design by giving me problems I've never seen before, you've helped me quite a bit.

You've been a great friend off the site as well. You know by now that during the summer, I don't fall asleep at normal hours. Having someone to talk to during those weird hours kept me sane during the long summer nights. Hehe, I remember nights ending our conversation with something along the lines of "The sun's coming up... I should probably go." I also remember while you were at your friend's house, I even showed you the sun coming up when we had the web cams working ^^ And while they didn't come up much, I really appreciate you letting me go on with endless stories about whatever problem I was having when they did. I've always been one to say that talking about things helps but I never realized just how much until I talked things through with you.

I have no doubt that you'll read this - you've been waiting long enough ;) I just hope I was able to convey even a small amount how I feel about you with this post. I love you Alexa, and I always will. I know we'll keep in touch. I'll find a way to come see you eventually, even if it does mean a 3,000 mile (4,828.032 km for those of you on the metric system) drive.

So, that's it for tonight. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Hey everyone. I'm sorry I'm so late in starting these but I guess it's better late than never. So, it's love post time. Don't expect them to come too quickly though as it may take me a while to actually be able to express what I want to say with words.

You know the drill - get to commenting ^_^

Hey everyone. Today ended up being a lot of fun. As you can probably guess by now, it was a very video game heavy day.

To start things off, Alyssia and her brother stopped by to pick up the iPods at around 3:30. From there, I went over to Andrew's house and helped him gather up his Xbox and some Xbox games. Since his brother also has an Xbox, he decided to sell his and a lot of games he doesn't play any more for it. I ended up buying four games from him and the rest we brought to Game Stop.

When we got back, we started our video game playing with Mortal Kombat 2 and 3. Origianlly, I wasn't a fan of Mortal Kombat but I like it more and more as time goes on. The new one coming out for Xbox, Armageddon, looks amazing and features every character who ever threw a punch in the Mortal Kombat universe (I realize how meaningless this is to someone who doesn't know of/like the games so you can ignore it if that's the case with you).

We played a bunch of other old games from Midway Arcade Treasures 1 and 2 as well. After that, we went to single player games. I continued my quest in Oblivion while Andrew experimented with different character classes in World of Warcraft. After a very long time, I finally finished the quest I was on and he decided he didn't like the Paladin class.

So the entire day was essentially one big video game session. I'm sure by now some of you may think I'm obsessed and you may be right. But really, they're fun and give us something to do in an otherwise completely boring town. On that note, I have a question for you. How do you feel about video games?

That's about it for today. As usual, thanks for reading and have a great day!

Hey everyone. Today was fairly uneventful. And by fairly uneventful, I mean I did almost literally nothing today.

The day started out with a call from a friend of mine. She's leaving for a trip on Tuesday and was having some iPod problems. So, to make a long story short, she gave me a list of songs and her iPod (her brother did the same) and I downloaded and put them on. And that was pretty much the only thing I actually did today.

Other than that, I did play Oblivion for a while. I'm just about done with the Fighters' Guild quests. I think I have maybe three more to do.

And that's really all I can think of today. I told you my day was uneventful ;) So, thanks for reading and have a great day!

Hey everyone. Not much changes day to day for me right now which is why I didn't post yesterday. I figure it gets sort of boring reading the same thing every day.

As for today, it's really no different either. Andrew, Paul, and I hung out for most of the day playing video games. No surprise there ^_^ As usual though, it was a lot of fun so I can't complain.

In different news today though, the cable to my house is completely out. This means no TV or internet. I'm just lucky that I have the Sprint card or I wouldn't be here typing this right now.

Oh, and I think Andrew and I finally convinced Paul to at least try to get World of Warcraft (pending his mom's decision). This could actually be really awesome since we could still play together, even when he's back in Ireland. So hopefully, he'll pick it up either while he's here or when he gets home.

The only other thing of interest I can think of is that I had the house to myself for most of the day. My brother is at a two week long camp and my parents went to a wedding today. This was actually really great because it freed up the nice TV downstairs. Plus, my brother and his friends can get pretty annoying so two weeks without them should be amazing ^^

And that's about it for tonight. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Hey everyone. Today ended up being pretty good, though I was a little tired for a good portion of it. For whatever reason, I didn't end up falling asleep until 6 AM last night. I laid in bed for hours and just wasn't falling asleep which was weird because I actually was tired. Oh well, I did end up with enough sleep in the end so all is well.

I woke up to a call from Andrew and he soon after came over. We, as you probably guessed, played video games ^_^ We went through unlocking moves for Shujinko in Mortal Kombat Deception. Running through Konquest mode looking for stuff is actually fun for some reason.

Later on, he went home and my mom, dad, grandmother, and I went out for my mom's birthday, which was today. My meal was pretty good, though not as good as I was hoping it would be. Overall, we were all a little disappointed by our meals actually but they were good enough.

After that, Andrew came back over, and Paul showed up as well. We started watching some God of War cut-scenes and then went over to Andrew's house for like ten minutes. Why ten minutes you ask (and if you didn't, you're getting an answer anyway ^^)? Because we all realized we were more tired than usual so everyone went home.

Oh, and I finished Sonic 3 and Knuckles today. All I had left was the last boss but I finally remembered how to beat him so it was pretty easy after that. I still really wish I had the actual Sonic 3 cartridge for Genesis. It's the only Sonic game I don't actually own (of the main ones anyway - there are some very obscure ones I don't own either but I don't count those).

And that's about it for tonight. Thanks for reading, sorry I didn't visit today, and have a great day!

Hey everyone. Today was pretty much the same as yesterday, minus the whole watch thing. It started out with a little Oblivion when Andrew called. When he got here, we called Chris and went to lunch (at around 4 - yes, that is lunch during the summer ^_^).

After that, we played some video games. Andrew and Chris played Sonic Mega Collection Plus for PS2 while I played my Sonic 3 & Knuckles ROM on the computer. I ended up getting really obsessed with it and just about finished it in one sitting, which was fun.

At some point during the Sonic playing, Paul came and joined in the fun. This lasted quite a while actually and we ended up switching through a few games including a couple of Mortal Kombats.

After that was done, we ended up at 7-11 for some reason. The idea just came up at random, I believe from Chris. And that pretty much ended the day.

Oh yeah, following Oblivion (well actually during Oblivion), my SAT math tutor came. So that's really how the day started - probability and other fun math topics.

So, that's about it. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Hey everyone. Today was pretty good. I went to bring my watch in for its checkup (it's an automatic watch and Fortunoff said I should bring it in every two years for mechanical and water seal checks). Unfortunately, it's $50 in all and I lose the watch for three weeks but they are putting in a new crown and re-sealing it (to protect it from water damage), checking out the mechanical stuff, and cleaning it so I guess I can't complain. This $50 every two years balances out the cost I'm not paying for batteries and battery installation.

Anyway, after that and some errands my mom had to run, I came home and played Oblivion for a little while. Then, Chris called and he came over. We ended up helping my dad get a dresser out of the attic because we're cleaning out up there. After that, we got bored and went over to Paul's house so the two of them could meet and then we just hung out for the rest of the night.

And that was pretty much my day. I had a good time and this was probably my least video game-filled day in a while ^_^ So, thanks for reading and have a great day!

Hey everyone. This should be a pretty quick post since I did almost literally nothing today. That's not to say it was a bad day though. It was actually pretty entertaining, I just didn't do much.

I woke up at 11-ish for some reason. From there, not much else happened throughout the day though. The only thing I did do was install Half-Life 2 again. Last time I tried, my computer couldn't handle it. I figured it would be worth giving it another shot since updating my RAM, processor, and graphics card. It runs perfectly now ^_^

So, I spent a while playing Counter-Strike: Source. I've missed Counter-Strike a lot since they discontinued support for version 1.5. I still liked the old version better - it wasn't all about graphics and physics and all of that fancy stuff. It was about game-play. The game-play in the new one is good too - it just requires some pretty good hardware to run it well.

And that's it for tonight. Told you it would be pretty short. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
