yay i have a rant to post!
D-day draws ever nearer 4-3-2-1 and here we go. Take a deep breath and just plunge in. the butterfly caught its wing on a thorn and is now dripping blood, wont you help it? blindly you do all you can until you see your own denial staring you in the face. did you know Bush wants his brother to be the next president? as if two bushes werent enough? and you know if he runs he'll get it, because americans are too stupid to learn from their mistakes. so then it will have been 4 years of bush, 8 years of clinton, 8 years of bush, and then 4 years of bush. put that cat down! you always have to watch her you know. another thing that really bugs me is how bush snuck over too iraq to "greet" the troops and to tell the new "leaders" how to govern their country. well thats very nice of him, considering it was never his country to begin with! And what is the point of electing new leaders for iraq if american troops are still patrolling it and bush is still telling them what to do anyway? we might as well elect bush the president of iraq too while we're at it.

my rants arent usually so political but i was mad, sorry.

"Making assumptions can be a dangerous thing, especially in the morning."

How true. For instance, this morning when i got up i assumed that the cd i bid for on ebay was mine. how very wrong i was. It turns out that at the last minute of bidding someone bid 50 cents higher than me! GIRRRRR!!!

I have discovered 3 new bands that are pretty good. Someone gave me two cd's. Free music (yay!).
They are The Kinks (luv'em!)
Les Claypool (i have ABSOLUTELY NO idea why i like him)
and the Flaming Lips (they're pretty decent)
Check'em out!
This summer i have to get a job and i'm most likely going to have to assemble fishing lures. Hey, it's better than working in fast food! At least i can sit at home and listen to music!
Oh and i dont have time to visit everyone's sites today, i have to go look for an art school in Tennessee.
byes Oh! Today was the last day of school. YAY!

I'm entering this one instead for the contest. I decided i dont like that other one.
3. Reaper
HIs gnarled thin hands and trailing black cloak
Humans' deepest darkest nightmares evokes
He doesnt decide who next he'll haunt
Sweeps grimly at night with a face most gaunt
Sleeps during daylight and at night awakes
Leads sould to high clouds or to fiery lakes
No hunger for food; no stomach to fill
When in his grasp one feels quite still
So dont hide away when he passes by
Invite him inside for a drink with you
And after to other business he'll fly
Today's not your day; get rid of that hue
Why should one pity him, you may well ask
But would you like to undertake his task?

Oh and should Nori-Chan be reading this, i'm supposed to tell you that my stepdad might be able to pick us up at noon on te seventh, and i'll call you if he can. The first ipod is given away between noon and 1.

I'm entering a poetry contest to win 10,000. Here is my poem. Tell me if you like it!

Orchid Rain

suffocated lungs
struggle for breath
i will give you air

parched lips
thirst detectable on you
i will give you drink

frozen wings
try to fly away
i will melt the frost
-----------------------------------------
i am SSSOOO MAD and SAD! i REALLY REALLY wanted to go to a roconteurs concert, because i;ve NEVER been to a concert that i actually WANTED to go to, and i asked my parents, and they said NO because "it's at a very dangerous bar".
So basically, i'll never get to go to a White Stripes or Raconteurs concert, the birdflu will hit, and i'll die, knowing i never got to see them.
I'd rather be shot at a concert than die of birdflu.
I felt like crap for two days, couldnt eat anything, and felt like i couldnt breathe, hence my poem. *sigh*
bye

Temperamental, temperament, temper.
what causes her to fly into passions or be silent as the grave, one minute this, the next moment that, wanders in and out at random, i just wanna stop for a minute. slow down and think about things, but not too much. try not to waste time overthinking. dont be too loud, i say, and she says, i cant help it, it just comes out. they look and they dont forget that to change things you must first change yourself. someone once said,
"i wish i had a little red box to put my best friends in. i'd take them out and put them back again."
but back to the subject we were on, how fleetingly moods stay. come on over, sleep on the couch. jumble jumble, cant understand a word youre saying. speak up! "wave to me, i'm at the door"
i just won a bet.

"What a world....what a world! meg didn't go to sleep the other day until nine in the morning, she was up thinking about stuff she said. There's a little puppy by her I remember now. She was laughing about something too, she said "jack you remember that song we use to do about the rise of passion amongst lonely hearts?" I told her I remembered that one. She said "that was a pretty funny one wasn't it?" I told her "no, meg it wasn't funny at all." then she laughed and said 'I knew you were going to say that!". We had some good laughs but the toast was cold. That little puppy wanted a piece of the toast I think. I should have given it some. Wait I did! that was funny! so I showed meg the picture of her on the blackpool show she said it must of been cold. I told her that it wasn't real. She said yes it was and that she knew I would say that too! we had some more laughs." -|||

i thought that was cute : )

Got a new CD by the Raconteurs, they're pretty good, although i dont really like 3 of their songs. Here's some lyrics from the song "Broken Boy Soldier".

"I'm child then man then child again
the toy broken boy soldier
i'm child then man then child again
the boy never gets older
the boy never gets older
the boy never gets older
the boy the boy "
