HELP!!!!

someone help me!!unless its just my comp messing up than you'll be able to notice how a huge orange block is covering up my background!!!its in my styles and its called: change site border color
i tried to change it back but it leaves a huge white square covering my bg!! so i changed it to orange.....HEEELLLLLLLLLP!!!!!
what do i do?please comment with any advice you can give!!!
