Meh, never much going on.
Well, there is, but nothing worth saying. Only interesting things can be the subject of posts, and school life is the average.
Everyone seems to be a bit tense in the realms of arguments, and I feel a bit alienated. Also, people, as ever are talking the talk about university, but whether they do as well as they think is cause for concern in my personal opinion! I know I'm lazy, and it's not like I don't have the intellect- people strive to get where I happily sit without effort.

Awesome day yesterday!
Yeah, for the first time, and I had fun. I bought lunch for my friends, I was the only one who had money, and went to this sweet shop, which had expensive, but tasty foreign food! I'm so happy!
Also, it snowed/ sleeted on the party of us friends about 3 times, which wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't so windy! I was in shorts, but it wasn't my legs that were cold, they were shielded by thick tights, but my hands and face were lovely little ice blocks! I was still cold when I got home at 6pm, and we were uptown at 2/3pm! It was madness! March and snow! We didn't have it any earlier in the year, and it would get over-cast, and then snow, then become sunny and bright! Comments (0) |

Hedonism vs. the pursuit of happiness
This little topic has been puzzling me for the last couple of days really. In this current society, we are encouraged to be selfish, and think for themselves. I live in a rather isolated family unit, I don't have many fmaily members. Certain aspects of society seem to encourage the idea of hedonism and debauchery, and yes, I know it has always gone on, but is there ever a golden mean to where the bad turns good? Can I really be bothered?
The precise reason as to why I haven't been on. I just haven't felt the imputus. I have gotten a lovely English result for my test, so it shows that even though I was bitching and moaning, I still got the A grade! :D
Really, nothing has been happening though. I'm working hard, but also slacking off.

Yes yes. Well, I started the week STUPENDOUSLY! I was a fine class of female, working hard in her English, and then... I became the good old lazy monster I always am, not doing homework for the sheer fact that I can't be bothered. *cackles* No, really. I'm really getting into English literature again, and THE GROOVE IS BACK ON! *winds up hips* Yes, the sleep has done me good! :D I have become a civilised human being once again, smiling and being polite! XD
As for the earthquake, I didn't notice a thing. Was conked out asleep! People in London said they'd felt it, but I hadn't! *shrugs* I'm sure there will be another somewhere along the line in my career of living in England!
