Soooo...hey!....now, you're an allstar, get your game on, go play!! ^.~

How is everyone? I'm alright. Working on some stories...always fun. ^.^

Did anyone else hear that there are protesters going to the funerals of soldiers and protesting? That is so outrageous that I just can't believe it!! How wrong!!

Something bad is going to happen! Who in their right minds would go to a funeral packed with military, ex-military and grieving family members? That in itself is a stupid move.

On top of that, how disrespectful can you get. They're holding signs saying things like "the only good soldier is a dead soldier" "God hates you" "It's too late to pray" and stuff like that!! That is wrong on soooo many levels!

There are a group of ex-military who are trying to stop it. They're bikers and when they hear of a protest going on they ride their bikes to the funeral and place their bikes between the protesters and the mourners. Then, when the chants begin, they reve (or how ever you spell that word) their engines.

These people are protesting the war in Iraq and, while I really disagree with protesters because of their methods, this one just pisses me off. Yes, people have the freedom of speech, but something should be done to protect these families.

Maybe it's just because I'm from a military family, but this is just tactless.

thank you and goodnight

Ok...soooo tired!!

Here's my brief opinions on the latest (fairly) movies...

Stay Alive-
I thought it had great potential and, though it didn't live up to that potential, it was a good movie. I enjoyed it, and laughed with my friends at all the girls who came into the theaters and ended up screaming...it was actually really funny, the entire theater laughed at one point because almost every girl in there screamed.
I had problems with the ending as it didn't really make sense with what had happened just before it...wasn't really thought through...still, I enjoyed it.

Silent Hill-
AWESOME!!!!! This movie was great!! This isn't a movie anyone screamed in, though a few people (myself included) jumped at a certain part...it was great ^.^ I never played the video game...heh..I tried Silent Hill 4 but had to turn that one off...freaked me out to see that stupid face on the wall...but this movie was better than I could have expected. You could tell there was CG but it was still great! and there wasn't a lot of blood (if that matters to you..) until the end...and then it came...it was great!! GO SEE IT!!!! the whole feeling that comes from the movie is the scary fun part...but there is not scream part in this movie but it is GREAT!!

Casanova-
This movie was sooooo funny!!! My friend and I were laughing the entire movie through!! It was absolutely great!! A must see if you like romantic comedies!!! So good!

Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children-
SOOOO GOOOOOODDDDDD!!!!! Even if you have never played the game this is a great movie!! The best part, in my opinion, was when the entire team helps to throw Cloud up into the air!!! it was sooo good!! excellent graphics!! very life-like

And there you go, my thoughts on these movies...

That's all for now, just work and stuff like that!

Thank you and good night!

Heh...heh...sorry its taken so long to post but I have great news!! at least I think so...as of 10:30 am today I will be done with school for the semester....so bring on summer break!!!!

and man, gotta love college...ok, Sunday night at 11:00 there was a lot of yelling going on on the floor below me which was annoying as I was still studying for my final today. So then I hear this guy say, "Fine, if you won't open the door I'm pulling the fire alarm!" and wonder of wonders, he did! so the alarm was going off in the stairwell of my apartment building, in my apartment and echoing everywhere, drawing everyone out of their buildings to look and see what was going on.

As if that weren't enough we couldn't get it to turn off and then a fight between two girls quite nearly started right in the common area. They were screaming at each other and going after each other, being pulled apart by these guys...quite amusing really. And then the cops and the firemen came...and they were not happy!!

So that was the night before my last final...now that's the way to go out with a bang!! And I am free!!!!!

And not much else has happened, just been finishing the last few projects before school came to a close...gotta love teachers for piling on the projects and papers...but hey, it's done and I'm a better person for it!

Thank you all and good night!

I'm going to visit everyone now!!

YAY for being visited 103 times ^.^
hehe, kind of silly yes, but hey, it's the simple pleasures that make life devine! So thank you all for coming by ^.~

And you just have got to love Gamestop (secretly gags)...yes...new registers...that have been refurbished...and now have to be checked all the time for smoke as several stores have caught fire due to the register overheating...and apparently you can't keep the drawer open for very long or this obnoxious sound will come and won't stop until you restart everything...yes..that happened to me today while counting down my drawer...yep, gotta love Gamestop *halo over a smile*

Anyways, I hope you all have a great day, had a great weekend, and have a great week!

Thank you and good night...I have to go play some Scooby Doo...that's right...Scooby Doo...PS2...heh, I'm a poet!

Yay for spring break!! and for cutting all your hair off! I saw that diet coke commercial where the lady goes and gets a guy's haircut and I was thinking...that is very cool...so I went and got a haircut..not as extreme as her's but it is very short and spunky! I love it..and I have gotten so many complements telling me i looked older and my age...I really like this style..it's very spunky and interesting..and short...sooooo cool!!!

Now I'm going to go to the library...always a fun place to visit...seriously...I just have to finish watching the Brave Little Toaster...an awesome movie I watched when i was little...still very cool!

You all have a safe week, and if it's your spring break be careful if you travel..

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
~Mark Twain

I love this quote. It reminds me to not worry about taking chances, to not try to see every possible outcome before making a decision. That is hard for me but I have to believe that at the end of my life I will look back and see that the times I did find the courage to go forward without worrying will be the times that I most enjoyed.

So yes, this is the post for today...a day where one of those decisions is continued without backward thought and high hopes that it will turn out alright and be one of those times where it will be a great memory.

Thank you and goodnight.
