   Yarr
Well we all went down town on Saturday and it was actually pretty cool because nobody got too drunk. Yeah. Apart from L who kept falling over, but to be honest I don't think she was really all that drunk. Just hyper.

Laurence didn't drink that much either, which is all good. I took some sips of Nomy the Pink's wine, but it wasn't that nice...and, despite what it looked like, I totally wasn't drunk. Me and Laurence were messing around doing the whole body slamming thing - only I fell backwards and hit my head really hard off the concrete ground, which was painful. I got really sleepy, but I DID NOT FALL ASLEEP. Hehe. Okay. But Laurence was really good about it - he was all like "You okay? You okay?" And I was all like "I am now!" Hehe. He cares. He does. Okay. So I ended up with this HUGE lump on the back of my head, which was sore. Ah well. It's gone now, but whatever way I fell my head must have thrown back because now I've got a really sore neck. Lol. Rubbernecker.

I am now after the following book:
The Little Prince.
It's totally my kind of book. I told my friends about my other books - The Boy Who Kicked Pigs, by Tom Baker and The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy by Tim Burton.

I heart Tim Burton.

   Yawn
Going down town on Saturday with everyone, Laurence included!

Am slightly worried due to the fact that everyone seems to be gearing towards getting drunk, which generally means me and Chiara are there to deal with the consequences. Yeah, I don't drink - not because I'm out to prove anything, but because to me drink tastes yukky.
I don't know about Laurence - I don't really care if he drinks or whatever, but what's he like as a drunk??? He'd better not be annoying. If he is, I shall have him flayed.

Anyway.

Have a French exam on Friday - French Lit, and I've barely revised. Yeah, things aren't boding well here.

   Grr
Caught sight of my face in a mirror while walking through the corridors in school: all red and fat. Ah well. Nothing a little acid won't burn off.

Yeah I had a dream last night I took a knife to my face. Lol. It was really wierd because I came to school with my face all bandaged up and when I tried to tell my friends they all just laughed...and told me to wise up. Was vaguely aware in this dream that it may have been a bit late for that.

Yeah.

Actually, I've been getting a lot more sleep lately than I used to. Generally because I'm skipping out the homework part of the evening. Ah well.

Well we've started our Frankenstein coursework - really love it. I love this novel. It's much better than Robert Frost's poetry, despite the fact I love them so much. We did some poetry last year as well: I adored Robert Browning's My Last Duchess. ^_^.

I want to write a gothic novel. That's what I really want to do. In a way, keeping this one ambition is what keeps me going when I feel like I've had too much. Sometimes I want to leave school, but then I'd be throwing away all the work I have bothered to do this year. Besides, the study we're doing of the gothic genre is useful to me. I love this genre, you people!!!

   Lol
Currently listening to This Ain't A Scene It's An Arms Race...yeah it's a bit tired now, but I haven't heard it in a while.

Well I haven't seen Laurence in a couple of days. DAMNED SCHOOL.

Lol. He is really cool. Just the other day - dunno if he remembers this - we were in Newtownards, skipping around and he was all like "I'm a princess!"

You sure are, Laurence, you sure are.

   Woohoo
As of last Monday, Laurence and I have been going out.

Woo.

Actually, it's really embarrassing because my dad is all like "Now that the two of you are here, I wanna have a talk with you..." and he went on about respecting one another etc. Laurence went a bit red, and I know I went scarlet...but it wasn't so bad. I mean, it's just dad watching out for us, you know? Laurence was all like "Omg I thought he was going to give us THE talk or something..." but if dad had even shown any sign of that I would have died on the spot, so no worries.

The reason I was so embarrassed was that we had only been going out like two days at that point...so it's bit premature, I thought, to start banging on about all that.

Well anyway.

Still haven't got back Otogi Zoshi or Howl's Moving Castle. DAMN IT.

On the plus side, got two formal dresses: one kind of a burnished red, and the other is purple. CHIARA IF YOU GET YOUR ASS BACK ONLINE, COME TO MY HOUSE AND SEE THEM YOU NINNYPOOP.

Haha. Laurence.

Well anyhoo.

   ::Yawns::
Well I'm going to Replay today later, going to play some Tekken, a little bit of pinball.

Guys, join me and my friends Sarah and Becky to restart the Tamagotchi thing. Yes it is THE thing to have, and you heard it here first.

Grr. I'm lending out so much manga to people that I'm contantly laden down with it. Now I lurve my people...but seriously! Add to that the fact that a few people simply haven't bothered to give it back.
The following anime's have been lost:

Otogi Zoshi (hopefully getting back today)
Trigun complete series (!!!)
Howl's Moving Castle (see no sign of getting this returned to me)

That's £50 quid in total looking like it's going to flushed down the drain.

Grr. It's the girl that has Howl's Moving Castle that I'm most concerned about: she hasn't shown up for the anime club in weeks, and I personally believe it's because she's lost my DVD and doesn't want to own up to it. I have no proof, but that's the way it seems to me.

GAH. Honest to God, you set up a group because you want to give people a little sunshine, and what happens? They totally disrespect your stuff.

Well that's not really fair. The majority of my people look after the stuff I give them.

I'm going to make a poster, and I'm going to put it up around the school:

LOOKING FOR FOLLOWING TO BE RETURNED:

Howl's Moving Castle
Otogi Zoshi
Trigun

UNDER PAIN OF DEATH.

   Yo
Well, I've finished my Politics exam (blew it) and I've done my French oral (possibly blown it). Oh well. Now I've got to revise for next weeks politics test. Yay. Grr. Yay. Gah.

Well, it's going to be okay because, and I'll tell you why, I'm going to Becky's birthday party on Saturday - and she's given my permission to ask Laurence!! Lol. Cool, no? See, the thing is, he said something about wanting to go down Belfast, and I was all star struck so I said "sure"...and then the next day remembered that Becky had her party. Grr. So I went down to Laurence's house, but he wasn't home yet...

And I'm getting Becky a really nice **g for her birthday, yeah. Lol. Guess what it is (you're an idiot...or a man...if you can't).

Lol.
Signing off.

   Yo.
Well hi. I'm sitting in the study room, sitting typing away my life...when I should be revising politics/learning french/finishing history/starting my english...but I can't.

I'm going to leave the weekend free, so it's cool. It's unfortunate though: I'll have to tell Chiara I can't go swimming with her. I'm kind of stressed out about the work I've been given, so I guess she'll understand. She's just down a whole bunch of tests, so surely she would understand??

The thing is, when I get stressed I tend to just get up and leave the situation. That makes things even worse.

Anyhoo.
What do you all think about this situation in the Big Brother house: the 'racism' one. For the benefit of those who don't watch this Big Brother drivel, lucky Americans, there is a Bollywood superstar staying in the house. She's meant to be able to speak over five languages, and has had a really great education. Her housemates are failed popstars and flailing entrepreuners. See what I mean? Whenever people what to attack someone, they do it in the most personal way they can. In this case, they're attacking Shilpa Shetty's race. Comments like "She's trying to be white" and stuff are said about her behind her back. Things like "I'm not eating that chicken, you don't know where her hands have been" or "The Indian's don't cook their chicken properly and that's why they're so thin."

And the ringleader is a girl that doesn't even know the proper word for 'racist'. She says 'racial.' As in, "I'm not racial."

Of course you're not sweetie. You're a racist.

And also!

The British politicians are spending more time publicly speaking about this than spending time on other stuff, like the NHS or the situation in Iraq. It's just an oppertunity to make themselves look kind and decent human beings. Which they aren't.

Big Brother is a ludicrous, crass show that's structured to sensationalise the modern social structure. The producers have deliberately gone out of their way to secure 'stars' with the maximum amount of freakishness. The combinations are planned so that conflict and ::ahem:: 'hanky panky' is rife.

Grr.

Big Brother had the potential to be a really good social experiment, and now it's just centered around getting those three and half minutes of fame.

GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.
