Day Off
Well, I have no school today since it's MLK Day. I still have school work, including a 3500-4000 word essay. I doubt I'll even get 3000. I also have Spanish, English, Biology, and Math. I have scholarships and college applications to work on too. That would be easier if I knew where I wanted to go, but I don't have that luxury.
I honestly hate school. I hate having to get up early. I wake up at 5:30 AM. It would be easier if I just stayed up all night because I work better at night. I'm getting sick of all these classes that have basically nothing to do with my chosen profession, which is something with comic books (hopefully writing a comic or about them). English might help, but not much else.
I don't feel ready for college. I've been thinking about taking a year off, but I keep hearing that if you do that, it's hard to go to college.
I hope I get plenty of free time in the next month. Wizard magazine has a contest to get your comic idea published. I want to submit an idea. As soon as I heard about it, I started to formulate a character. I hope I win. I need this as a test to see if I can write comics.
