Late Night w/ Naruto

Ok, it was a later night than I intended. It's Monday night at almost 2 am. Fun day though. For a lot of the day, I hung out online and then played FF7 on a borrowed ps2. Fun game. At about 6:30 pm, I went to eat, where I met some friends. We hung out, played some games. I was playing a lot of Naruto 3 on the gamecube, which is a fun game. I love it. Got done with that at 1 am, and I came back to my dorm to get online. I'll probably call it a night soon. That's all for now. Have fun commenting.

Anime-Filled Weekend

Back from Fall Break. Technically, I still have Monday and Tuesday left on my break, but I wanted to get back to campus. I might visit my mom within the next two days. I'd like to hang out with some friends if there are any on campus who stayed for the break. Oh well. I might just watch anime. The weekend was ok. A nose pad broke off my glasses a week ago, and I got that fixed Saturday. I was also able to pick up supplies that my dad paid for. He even gave me some cash. Yay. It was also nice to be home, sleeping in my own bed, eating steak and chicken and ribs. Good time. It was also a really good time for anime. I finished a series caled Elfen Lied. Now that is a depressing anime. Still good though. I thought the first episode was violent, but there were definately some disturbing scenes later. It's only a 13-episode series, so it's short. You won't be seeing this on Cartoon Network, not even Adult Swim, any time soon, so I guess you'll have to get the dvd, or watch fansubs like some people ^_^. Good series though. I also rewatched Advent Children and the first Naruto movie. Both good too. That's all for the weekend. Everyone have a good day. Have fun commenting.

Gone for the Weekend

Well, today was fun. Except for class, but that's class. My lab and regular classes were boring, as usual. Afterwards, I had more fun. I went to go see a friend who was going home today for Fall Break and then hung out with some others. We all went to dinner. Not that much good stuff, but it was ok. Then, five of us when to one guy's dorm to play Super Smash Bros Melee and Naruto 3 on the gamecube. They were mostly better, but I'm improving. Naruto is an awesome game. I decided to come back at midnight, and I've been online since. Tomorrow, Friday, in the afternoon, I'll be going home for the weekend. I'm taking my laptop, but I'll lack internet access, so yeah, I'll be offline. I have The Elfen Lied series and FF7: Advent Children on my laptop, so I'll be somewhat entertained. So, yeah, I'll be gone until Monday or Tuesday. No school until Wednesday, so yay. I guess that's all. See you all when I return. Have fun commenting. Great Wednesday

Yesterday was cool. Class was ok. Dinner was fun. The really cool stuff happened at the meeting. The club meeting. It was a mystery anime theater night, meaning that we watched some bad anime to make fun of. The ones we watched for that were the live action Sailor Moon and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ova. Both really bad and really funny. We also watched Blood+, Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien, and Genshiken. Those weren't to make fun of, but they were cool too. Also, a bunch of people from MTAC (Middle Tennessee Anime Convention) came over, even the con chair Lucas. It was awesome. They talked about volunteering and stuff, which I really want to do now. It was just an awesome meeting. Afterwards, we all hung out at the cyber cafe on campus. Even the MTAC guys came. It was a blase. That was from about 9pm-12:30am. Kinda late, but still fun. I went to bed around 1, so I got some sleep. Just a great day.

I Miss My Bokken

Well, today was ok. I slept in a bit. My roommate's insanely loud alarm woke me up first though. Quite annoying, but I fell back asleep and woke back up at 9:20. Class went ok. Afterwards, I hung out with friends and ate dinner. We messed around with some bokkens (wooden swords) afterwards. That was fun, but it really made me miss mine. I walked around for a bit after that, and I came here, not much else. I'll be gone this weekend, back at home. Fall break, it's an excuse to go home for a supply run. I'll either be back Sunday or Monday night. Oh, and for my fellow college otakus who might be on Facebook, Facebook me!. Ok then. Have fun commenting.

Little Late, but Oh Well.

I usually post within an hour or two after the date change, but I was busy last night. I was working on a presentation on the censorship of anime which I just gave. I only used one anime out of the many ones I had examples for because I was worried about taking too long. Still, going with Dragonball Z does provide a lot of censorship examples. Well, back to last night. I was called to substitute for someone at the desk of one of the dorm lobbies from 12am to 2am, so it was kind of a late night. I've been to Japanese and English, and both have gone ok. I wish I could just sleep through Karate and my scholarship service hours because I'm tired. I'll probably nap afterwards. Oh, and for some of you who think I should be mentally messed up from watching all that Evangelion Saturday night, I'm not. Yeah, it's pretty messed up, especially towards the ending. I haven't seen the movies yet though. Pretty good series. I did end up finishing the series with ep 26 at 3am Sunday morning. Well, I guess that's all for now. Have fun commenting.

Sleep and Eva

Well, I did sleep after my post. I slept from 8am to 1:22pm. About five and a half hours. Not bad. I ate lunch and dinner, hanging out with friends at the same time. I came back to my dorm at about 7 something to watch the Neon Genesis Evangelion set that a friend let me borrow. I just finished 17, so just 9 eps to go. Not sure if I'll clear it all tonight or just pick up tomorrow. I do have a presentation Monday that I should work on tomorrow, but it doesn't look like it'll be too hard, so I can watch some more tomorrow. No Sleep Yet

Ok, it is just past 7am on Saturday morning. What time did I go to sleep Friday night? Well, I didn't. I've been up all night. Here's how my Friday night/Saturday morning went. At 3 on Friday, I went some other friends to see Howl's Moving Castle. However, it's out of the theater, so we saw Corpse Bride instead. Still good. After that, I came to my dorm to finish Ah My Goddess. Good series. Also, my roommate is gone for the weekend, so yay. Well, around 8pm, my friend was talking about having a Cowboy Bebop marathon, so I went over. Never really happened, but oh well. When I was over there, we hung out until after midnight. There were about eight of us. We decided to go to Wal-Mart for the heck of it. Afterwards, I invited everyone to come to my dorm since my roommate was gone. We played Karaoke Revolution, which I was bad at. Then a long game of Truth or Dare. Nothing really bad in the truths or the dares. They left just before 7, and I decided to come online to post. I Lost All My Money and Am Living in a Box Between Park Place and Boardwalk

Well, today started off with me having a bad sneezing fit, which was annoying. Class was after all that. Nothing too exciting. I did get a job. Substitute desk assistant job. Basically, I show up if no one else can work and if they can reach me. Seeing as how I'm actually hanging out with friends now and have no cell phone, reaching me seems a bit harder. Well, after all that, I ate with some friends. It was fun. We hung out afterwards, climbing trees. Some of us when to play Monopoly, which took about 2 hours. I lost bad, but it was fun. I decided to come back here, in my dorm, where I am now. That's pretty much my day. Everyone have fun commenting on it.

My Day

Today was good. My Japanese test went well enough. That made me happy. The rest of the school stuff went pretty good. Of course, everything really good happened afterwards. After all my school work, at about 3, I started to watch some of the newer Ah My Goddess series. I finished episode 22 out of 24 before I had to go eat and get ready for the club. Club was good, as usual. We watched more Genshiken and Shuffle. We also watched Real Bout High School (which wasn't all that good), Tsukuyomi Moon Phase (which I had seen), and Neon Genesis Evagelion (which should be pretty well know by now). It was a good meeting. Afterwards, a lot of us hung out on the local restaurant on campus, where we stayed from after 9 to after 11. It was fun. I walked back with some friends and then came back to my dorm, which is where I'm posting. That's my day. Not much else to say. Have fun commenting.
