More plagarism?

Hey guys, this is a brief post, but I'm just wondering on what your guys opinion is on this. I haven't really been checking up on the Death Note wallpapers section here in a while, but there were two that caught my eye that I'm sure that that person could not have possible done. I'm thinking about reporting them on this. Take a look:
This first L pic compared to the one that I found some time ago: Same thing They look exactly the same, and the person also submitted the wall found on deathgod.org on the top right of Light tossing the apple. I think I'm gonna report this person. What do you guys think? The walls came from the official site.
