   Delaware State Univ....
OK. Everything has been solved. The reason why they did not have my app. was because they moved to a TOTALLY DIFFERENT BUILDING! When that happend, they accidentally lost some apps. So, today I had my Guidance Counselor call me down. He explained everything to me.

Make a long story short, I had to send in another app, but I didnt need any references this time round....

How professional huh?
