The most clamp news in one post yet!
wow! do i have a lot of information for you all!!!!!
Tsubasa Vol. 11 normal and deluxe edition will be released on August 17th, according to Kodansha's site.
Also, a XXXHOLiC OFFICIAL FANBOOK (for the movie) will also be released on August 17th and it'll cost 1.260 yens.
Animate's Ranking has been updated and CLAMP is there, of course:
Tsubasa's single, BLAZE, won the 5th position of the CD rank.
CLAMP No Kiseki 10 won the 4th place in the comics rank.
And there are also 2 Tsubasa goods in the goods rank.
CLAMP on Puff, again!
The next edition of Puff magazine will have a Tsubasa and XXXHOLiC featuring! It seems to be the issue's top feature, but too bad it seems that CLAMP won't draw the cover
The magazine is out on July 30th, check it out!
The Official Sites for both XXXHOLiC and Tsubasa movies are now formally open, nothing like a good flash version.
Both have more information and some bigger versions of old pics. I'm looking forward to that "???" section on XXXHOLiC's one.
The only thing that I did not like was the "simply" fact that XXXHOLiC's movie will be 60 minutes long !!!! The hell, what kind of "movie" has 60 minutes?? Gosh, Japan and that stupid "90 minutes" thing (60 for holic + 30 for tsubasa).
The the official movies site has been updated with some NICE backgrounds for XXXHOLiC's movie and new pics (Watanuki and Doumeki look teh great!), also, on Tsubasa's you can find some new screencaps
And a big YAY for CLAMP for selling over 88 million copies of their works (comics, only), according to that site.
WOW 88 million !!! I always wanted to know that! Numbers are always great to know And that's only for the Japan sales, not counting the external translations, goodies, Videos and DVDs, magazines etc.
Does anyone has any doubt about CLAMP been rich?

SATSUKIS colums!
i just love those!
I highly recommend everybody to read it ! It's so good because you can feel a bit more close to them, what they like, what they do, how they work, their tastes and experiences, it's very great for those who like behind the scenes stuff.
Among the curiosities, we found out some of the food Satsuki likes, her opinion on candy toys , what does she think about Live Action and how would it be if a CLAMP manga turned into one, her love for roller coaster and video-games and that she's the only one in CLAMP who has a driver license!!!
NHK schedule site announced the content for next week's shows and among them are TOP RUNNER featuring our beloved mangakas:

They all look -SO- shy/nervous So cute !
I must say, Nekoi is very, very different from the Frau photo shoots, she looked more mature (mainly because of her clothes and hair style) and also taller ! She's there to there with Mokona, who is the smallest one
I'm amazed by how much they look like their latest SDs, it's simply the same !!

Tsubasa to last until 2007?
Yeah, seems so... in a promotional ad for Tsubasa's Trading Card, they mention that the anime series will have 2 more season (3 in total).
According to the text, between one season and the other, they'll rebroadcast the previous seasons, including CCS's 3rd one. So, the schedule can be something like that:
April/2005~September/2005 - Tsubasa Chronicle Season 1 (airing right now);
October/2005~March/2006 - CCS 3rd Season (rebroadcast);
April/2006~September/2006 - Tsubasa Chronicle Season 2;
October/2006~March/2007 - Tsubasa Chronicle Season 1 (rebroadcast);
April/2007~September/2007 - Tsubasa Chronicle Season 3.
October/2007 and on - Rebroadcast of Seasons 2 and 3.
Very good news for some people, kind of bad for others, but it seems to be the truth. And what's more, as we all know very well, the anime won't go alone... so the manga also won't stop until the end of the anime, which is 2007.
Indeed we all knew only 26 episodes weren't near enough to make justice with Tsubasa... but I certainly did not expect 3 seasons... nor this big break of six months between them.
So that's it... 150 chapters, 21 volumes. Each season covering 7 volumes (also 7 volumes for each Character Guide).
Besides, I really think Sakura has 12 feathers in a whole (because of the number of sections in her wings) and we are right now just a bit further from the half of the manga (chapter 85 in a total of 150, around 55%) and she has 5 feathers, which is 50% of 12 (total number of feathers).
Kobato
Kobato is scheduled to be on Sunday GX September edition (out on August 19th) with a color page and featuring the cover, yey !
Tsubasa
Tsubasa is scheduled on the double issue number 37/38 (out on August 8th), nothing about color pages, though.
There will be a screening, more like a preview for Tsubasa and XXXHOLiC's movie in Tokyo (August 10th) and Osaka (August 12th).
New covers !
Cute cover for the normal edition but unfortunately we had seen it already. And I certainly didn't expect to see Ashura so soon ! The deluxe cover looks GREAT! What are the bets for the next covers?
Important Characters that are still left:
- Clow
- Fujitaka
- Ashura!Celes (he didn't do anything yet but I doubt he's gonna stay sleeping forever)
- Subaru (possibly)
The tanks are out on August 17th.
Also on that same date, will be out the single for the opening song of the movie, aerial, and the cover of the single will be draw by CLAMP (picture still not available)
On the other hand, the cover for the ending song for the movie, Amurita, is now available and will be out on August 18th:

No breaks scheduled for XXXHOLiC on Young Magazine either until the mid of August, good ^^
The single for the movie, Sanagi, will be out on August 10th, but too bad the cover is not by CLAMP. I'd love to see more XXXHOLiC pics.
The same screening event to be held on Tokyo and Osaka applies, of course, for XXXHOLiC as well!
